"We arrived very late and there was 24/7 shuttle service available so it was very convenient for us. We also took the shuttle early morning to airport just to send our luggages to Interlaken Ost as we head over to Annecy. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Drivers are kind as well. Stress free stay overall for a happy trip :)"

"We stayed here for one night before flying back home from Geneva. The staff were super friendly to our children which was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and you can obtain free travel passes from reception to travel into Geneva centre from the hotel using the tram (a 10 minute walk nearby). We had a lovely last night to our holiday (even squeezed in a swim in Lake Geneva) and would stay again. Only downside was the room was quite warm as the aircon isn’t very strong. "
