Welcome to Sunrise on Fern.
This three-bedroom home with coastal elegance is located right in the heart of Gerringong, just a short stroll from shops, cafes, restaurants, and a central park, complete with a children's playground. Werri Beach and Boat Harbour are just a few minutes away, where you can enjoy all the great surfing, fishing, and swimming spots that Gerringong is renowned for.
Sunrise on Fern comfortably accommodates six guests on the upper level of the home, in three bedrooms, master with king bed and ensuite. Second bedroom with double and third with a queen. The home offers open-plan living and dining with balconies at each end of the house to catch expansive coastal and rural views, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare the finest meals using the freshest local and regional produce. Barbequing is also on the cards for this holiday. The property also includes an internal laundry which is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Sunrise on Fern is a pet friendly property, subject to the following:
-The back yard is fully fenced.
-Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
-Small dogs only
-Strictly no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
-Please bag and dispose of pet waste appropriately
Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply)
Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is Friday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.
