"Yann went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel welcome. There was a issue with the number of people but he provided an extra room so that we could all be comfortable. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Travelling with small kids can be challenging, but it's easier with hosts like Yann. "Auberge Saint-Pierre is a great hotel. Provides two major features that we did not know until arriving there. There is an area in the restaurant only for people staying in the hotel. If the restaurant is full, because it is really good, let them know you are staying in the hotel so they give you a table in the hotel guests area. The second one is a bridge or secret entrance / exit from the hotel to the ramparts. Only opens with the room key. And it is perfect to go outside for a couple of minutes to see and/or hear the high tide coming in."

"This is a perfect place to stay for your visit to Mont St Michel. It is the closest hotel to Mont St Michel (about a mile walk) not on the island. Some of it's room and it's restaurant has views of Mont St Michel. Our room was updated and comfortable. It was great to eat breakfast each morning with the view and easy to walk or pick up the shuttle to take us to the island"
"Very close to the mont st. Michel. Easy walk from hotel to the mont. it takes a special code to access the hotel zone by car. We did not receive the code beforehand and had to call, but perhaps the miscommunication was due to booking through Expedia site. Not a big deal but my wife had a borderline breakdown because of it.
