The location of this quaint auberge was EVERYTHING! Having access to the wall from the establishment was wonderful and the privilege of seeing Mont Saint Michel by moonlight was thrilling.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel (and I am very picky)!! It is so quaint but has clean, modern bathrooms. There were 4 of us -- 2 stayed in the loft upstairs. Our view of the town and castle was incredible. Highly recommend!

Room was charming and spotless. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was recently remodeled. Tub a little difficult to maneuver as a senior but most in Europe are. We especially enjoyed the secret door to the castle walkways at night.

The staff was very accommodating, especially when it came to storing our luggage while we explored! The property was like going back in time and once the island was less populated, it gave us the ability to walk the streets and experience the beautiful architecture without the over crowding you experience during the day. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was what one would expect for a heritage building. Very pleasant staff. The room was nicely done ,clean with daily housekeeping. Strong hot shower. Fan and windows that would open but could be uncomfortable in Midsummer. Would be nice if you could get a coffee in the morning without purchasing a full breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Auberge St Pierre. The hotel is full of charm and character, perfectly reflecting the unique atmosphere of Mont Saint-Michel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Waking up and exploring the island before the crowds arrived was a truly special experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mont Saint-Michel.

Loved the fact we were inside the walls and it was very nice after dinner to go for a walk without the crowds. Breakfast was also good. But the internet wasn’t working properly, on and off, the beds were super small even for European standards and the room was stuffy, no air circulation at all and consequently didn’t sleep well.

Rare opportunity to stay on the Le Mt St Michel island. Wonderful old building with a lot of character AND nice updated restrooms. Excellent staff. Very clean and neat. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Classic older building with no lift, only stairs. It was worth taking luggage up the stairs to enjoy the views.

The hotel is like country style. So of in the attic with pointed ceiling. Very cozy but could sleep 3. It is not located in the hotel but in nearby. walk through stone steps and cobble street. They kindly sent a young boy to handle my luggage. It's a romantic experience in the island. Morning, afternoon, and evening, The atmosphere was very romantic.

My room had character and a great view of the Abbey. It did get warm and it was not obvious how to open the windows. The building is old and that is reflected in the rooms and the multi-flight access to anything. Back door to the ramparts was a bonus. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was filling with breads, crepes, fruits, eggs, cheese and meats. Stay was pleasant.

Location of the property on the island of Mount Saint Micheal was excellent. It was an easy walk to the hotel once you entered the entrance gate of the island. One of the nice benefits was the walkway on the back side of the hotel that lead directly onto the rampart. From the rampart facing east you had a great view of the bay surrounding the island. The hotel is in an old building, so with that in mine I gave the hotel a good rating. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant both nights and the food was good and they were open until 9pm. I would highly recommend a stay on the island if you really want to have a great experience of seeing the tidal changes around the entire island.

This is an excellent hotel in an ancient building. There are many narrow steps to navigate but it is wonderful. It is clean and very well located.
