Friendly staff at other check in and departure, dinner and breakfast. Lovely spacious and sunny room, great storage for bicycles. Food at both breakfast and dinner fantastic. Highly recommended.😊❣️

Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. The welcome glass of local sparkling wine was very appreciated. All of the staff that we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Trier

Staff are brilliant & very accommodating. I had a lovely lady make me two soya milk coffees in the buffet breakfast - she anticipated every need! Only downside is the driveways are steep - not suitable for low cars. Parking can also be chaotic (this is partly due to other guests).

Great value for money. Very friendly and interesting staff especially the owner who is hands on and great choice of wines available.
