"I stayed in this property six nights, four of which I had a colleague as a roommate. We were in Sofia for a conference that took place at the university 4 blocks away. We had unusual temperatures in the 90s but the AC worked beautifully in the flat. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in the combo unit next to the kitchen sink. We did not have any occasion to use the dishwasher, but there is one. The bathroom is tiny but all one needs, although some glass shelving would help with...

"Stayed about 2 hours. The place is disgusting. Seemingly clean room but there were toenail clippings on the floor so it’s not cleaned thoroughly..Fine. Would have toughed that out but that’s not what made us leave. The shower head doesn’t work, fine, we crouched lol. The icing on the cake was the level of filth in that blue shower/toilet. Ya leave the shower feeling dirtier. Anyway, goood luck getting in contact with the manager/owner. ZERO communication, I even tried calling. "
