"Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, having the kitchen was nice. We loved the courtyard! It was a nice, private area. The hotel was quiet. A little walk to shops and eateries. Not far from transit. Good breakfast. Overall excellent stay."

"We stayed here because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to see-Berliner Dom, East Side Gallery, Alexanderplatz- and it was a great choice. The hotel was gorgeous inside with a giant plant covered tower in the middle and plants everywhere. I took a chance and got the breakfast and again, great choice because we ate so much we weren’t hungry until almost dinnertime. They had everything we needed, the staff spoke excellent English and helped us out with a few issues we had. We will definitely stay here on our next trip."

"Stayed here for 3 nights on a nice little trip to Berlin. We chose the hotel for both location and the appearance of the rooms. We ungraded to the family suite mainly for the convenience of a bit more space and a separate seating area. We were still very surprised to find how big the room was when we arrived, with a spacious 4 piece bathroom, completely separate dressing room and the lounge area separated from the bedroom (by a half wall). We were unexpectedly surprised to read a few days before departure we had unknowingly granted ourselves access to the Level Lounge, a wonderful quiet space for morning breakfast and a welcome chilled out area in the evenings with good tapas and drinks, all complimentary. Would absolutely stay in a Meliá branded hotel again and upgrade the room for this experience."

"This was a very nice hotel with awesome A/C in a convenient part of town. Note that there is no parking here (all street), so get to know the area and where to park beforehand. The breakfast was very good (busy!) and overall it was a fast-paced vibe. There isn't a full restaurant, and the bar is pretty expensive, and when we asked for more toilet paper (we didn't need our room made up each day), the people at the front desk were nice about it, but while the third person went to get the TP, the other two looked like they were gossiping about us in German while they looked at us. I could have read it wrong, but it was uncomfortable. Either way, I would still recommend this hotel. It's in a great location and has the minimum essentials."
