"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "We liked taking a walk in the park and seeing the Burg. Plus, we ate at Lilly's and walked there too!"

"Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "
