Everything was fine when we checked in. Then we got to the elevator and had our first aha moment. The background noise didn't exactly inspire confidence. The rooms were tiny, you could barely walk around the bed. If you kept your dog in there, the animal protection agency would step in. Using the toilet was a real challenge, squeezed so tightly between the wall and the shower cubicle. Strange hair on the bed. The breakfast deserves a positive mention. It was varied and appetizing. However, the placemats were so dirty, disgusting. All in all, never again!!!

According to my previous experience with my stay in 4 stars hotels in different cities all around the world, I asked the receptionist to give us tow pairs of Slippers but they refused and said give the negative rate as you wish. I am also got charged extra rather than my invoice from Expedia. I guess the receptionists there need more orientation lessons to learn how to deal with customers like me. I am a medical doctor and unfortunately my wife suffers from OCD however we had no issues with our previous stays in another hotels but Congress Hotel in Chemnitz.!! So disappointed.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Zentrum, ideal für die Erkundung der Altstadt. Ein tolles Frühstück mit grandioser Aussicht gibt's im 26. Stock. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Für Aufenthalte im Sommer würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich auf Nachfrage einen Ventilator, und die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen – entsprechend warm und stickig wird es im Zimmer. Auch sonst kam keine richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf; vieles wirkt, als würde an allen Ecken gespart. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nicht automatisch, sondern muss am Vortag angemeldet werden. Das ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, anderswo gibt es für den Verzicht immerhin einen Getränkegutschein o. Ä. Ungewöhnlich fand ich außerdem, dass die Toilette im Erdgeschoss gegenüber der Rezeption nur mit Zimmerkarte zugänglich ist. Insgesamt okay für geringe Ansprüche und kühle Tage, aber für mich keine erste Wahl.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück in der obersten Etage war großartig. Mit dem Parkplatz klappte alles sehr gut. Allerdings wäre es gut wenn man die Fenster ganz öffnen könnte und nicht nur kippen. Lieben Gruß

In einem Hotel mit 26 Stockwerken würde ich schon eine Klimaanlage erwarten. Stattdessen durften wir uns auf Nachfrage einen Lüfter abholen, den wir auch selbständig zurückbringen mussten. Das Ganze passt zu einem gleichgültigen Personal, einer geschlossenen Bar (Personalmangel), dazu einer leeren Minibar (keine Getränke im ganzen Hotel) und Fenstern in der Größe von Schießscharten, die mit auf Kipp zu öffnen war.
