"We arrived at the hotel and the front desk employee was very kind and welcoming. I had booked two rooms—one for my parents and one for myself—and we were checked into rooms on the first floor.
Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. Very early in the morning (around 5 a.m., if not earlier), we were woken up by a lot of noise. It turns out our rooms were located directly across from the kitchen, where staff had started preparing breakfast. There was constant banging of pots and pans, along with loud talking and even singing. After that, it was impossible to get any more sleep.
Considering we paid nearly $100 per room, this was extremely disappointing. I don’t think these rooms should even be assigned to guests given the noise level.
The room itself was also quite small, and the shower was especially cramped—I could barely move without bumping into the walls.
I think the only good thing about this place was the breakfast. I did enjoy that.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not book here again. "
