About this space
Echo Falls fully renovated South Muskoka road access cottage:
- 90 minutes from Toronto
- Comfortably accommodates groups up to 10 - standard pricing is for up to 8 guests
- Features - quiet lakefront, large dock, an elevated sundeck over the boathouse, private decks for a panoramic view of the lake, large windows, a new hot tub, WIFI, large screen satellite TVs, woodstove, fire-pit, 5 bedrooms, lots of parking & right beside an idyllic small waterfall
Guest access
The entire property is available for use, however in the early spring the front lawn should be avoided as the grass-covered soil is very damp, and it is easy to damage the grass at this time of year. For this reason using the firepit is discouraged in April.
The grassy area beside the garage, between the cottage and the garage, is the septic system, and no vehicles should be parked in this area. The area on the other side of the garage is available for overflow parking.
