"Pool area was not maintained. Weeds growing ,chairs not arraigned some what stacked on each other,leaves piled in the corners, broken and not working light fixtures. Key reader in elevator did not work. Trash in lobby was not emptied for 2 days. Toilet paper holder in room fell apart. Could go on. When you mention these kind of things to employees they will always say I will tell management. Does it get fixed ,don't know. It's details like this that leave bad impressions with most people."

"The breakfast was fantastic. The facilities were immaculate and beautiful. We did have some issues: 1. We had a major medical issue the morning after check in and my call to the front desk was handled efficiently, resulting in my friend being transported by squad to Memorial Hospital and admitted. She was a patient for 2 days and we subsequently spent the remainder of our stay in our hotel room. At no time did the staff or anyone in management contact us to follow up and inquire about my friend’s condition. 2. Upon her discharge, there was no wheelchair available so we had to rent one 3.There were no extra blankets 4. There was only 1 remote for 2 tvs "

"When we turned on the tub a big hair clog came out of the drain. When we arrived there were 2 dirty hand towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We asked the front desk for housekeeping, they did not come. We asked for towels and were told to pick them up ourselves. Location was great but that was the only positive thing. I will not be staying here again. Better off w a courtyard marriot or aloft. Do not stay here. "

"Location Location Location. One of the best stays that i have had location wise in savannah. Parking situation was not great. 50 for Valet parking was the only option unless you find some parking somewhere near the hotel for around 40 a day. Staff was pretty nice but we did run out of towels and after requesting some fresh ones we never received them. The bar was decent unfortunately there was only one bartender who did great but it was a slow process. I would recommend staying here though overall it was the best stay that i have had on my trips to savannah."

"We just love this hotel. It is elegant and so well located. The Olde Pink House next door is a must-visit, if you can get a reservation. Valet parking is included. In the late afternoon there is a charming cocktail party with wine, nibbles and a live piano player. We cannot wait to stay here again."
