"I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. "Shower water wasn’t remotely hot. There was globs of hair behind door in bathroom. We didn’t have linens for our room and had to go to the desk 3 times to get the right stuff"

"Right on Route 1 so close to everything. The staff was awesome. Unfortunately the hot water went out for the whole building and my sink was clogged. But the staff was very polite, patient and helpful. They offered me another room immediately. And within an hour the maintenance crew got the hot water back on. Although people may say I should not have had those problems to begin with. Certain things happen in life you can’t control but the staff was very helpful so still Five stars for me."

"The hotel is a few miles from the beach but close enough to justify the room rates. We we're one of the few Canada's down there because of the steep exchange rate so room rates were important. The complaints read online we're for the most part unfair. This hotel was the best rate we could find with clean rooms and a safe location and Macdonald close by for breakfast which was not included. It's not a 5 star motel... its a clean 3 star. You get what you pay for! I spoke to the front desk and suggested that the add some hooks in the bathrooms and a folding luggage table to move this to a 3.5 star motel. Finally a read a complaint about nightstand light not working and realized that the switch location could confuse people. The concierge said he would print a label on each room, add hangers in the bathrooms and speak to the owners about folding suitcases racks."

"The place was great, aesthetic and cleanness, room spacious, pillows not the greatest. Staff could do a better job. Internet was down when we got there so the guy at the desk said he couldn’t check me in and that he could cancel my reservation if I wanted but that there was nothing he could do. I think he could have done a little better with that. I was tired, night time and got a little frustrated. So I was going to find another hotel but by the time I went online and got in my car to drive away etc, I called the hotel to ask is the system back and it was. So it only lasted about 20 min so he could have offered to wait etc. also the staff at the restaurant for breakfast too serious no eye contact and somewhat rude. Other than they, the hotel itself was great."
