"Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. Location is convenient for VCU Medical Center and the Capitol. The in house restaurant is pub style and food quality was excellent. If you want something more formal just across the street is the Tobacco Company (also excellent); something less formal then Chick Fil A (visiting which is a tradition for us whenever we come south) is in the lobby Minor problems with the room were responded to super quick - within 5 minutes of being reported. My wife thought the in-room toiletries were excellent."

"Still waiting for my $50 incidental deposit to be refunded and the valet parking overcharged me for an overnight is 38 and some change when I looked at my bank account they had charged me $75 and some change for just one overnight stay. "
