This luxurious oceanfront villa is a private residence located in the gated community of February Point Estates Resort. All 4 bedrooms have an attached full bathroom and 3 rooms are oceanfront. A whole-house generator and water backup system ensures comfort during your stay. A day dock and marina slip is included.

Point of View offers expansive private outdoor living, with 2 floors of wrap-around, shaded verandas, a spacious oceanfront patio, an oceanfront deck with a 12-person cushioned seating area, a gazebo with a swing, and a lower level day dock with a swim ladder. Guests have full access to our dock with swim ladder at the villa (water is 2' at low tide), plus a private 35' slip at the February Point Marina Club. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Point of View has been lovingly updated inside and out and is set up for fun and adventure for multi-generational families, groups, and couples. There is enough space to spread out and find peace, while you will find plenty of spots to gather and enjoy each other's company. The house is stocked with beach and board games, floats, a kayak, a tube, and 2 paddleboards (lifejackets for kids and adults), snorkel gear, football, tennis and pickleball gear, playing cards, books, 4 televisions with Smart TV/Roku, beach bags, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, beach hats, and more. Along with the generator and backup system, the home has a 3-zone air conditioning (2  new units as of summer 2023), tower fans and ceiling fans in each room.

The beautifully appointed villa features 4 master bedrooms all with their own full baths (1st Floor Master Queen, 2nd Floor 1 King, 1 King OR 2 Twin XL,  1 Queen + Twin XL Bunk). Plus, enjoy a queen pull-out couch, Twin XL Air Mattress, and Pack 'n Play with bedding. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and opens up to a large dining area and living room with 13-foot sliders, offering amazing views of Elizabeth Harbour's sunsets and sunrises. 

The kitchen provides all of the tools you need to prepare meals for your group, with plenty of spices, baking and cooking supplies, dishes and glassware. The new outdoor propane grill is ready for your fresh catch. Hire one of the many professional chefs on the island, get take-out, and enjoy all of the spaces indoors or outside in the shade or sun. Or, walk over to the fine dining just steps away at the Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar (for lunch and dinner Weds - Sun).

The 1st floor master bedroom offers excellent accessibility with a Queen Master Suite boasting ocean views and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. 

The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms access the oceanfront veranda, with seating and a hammock overlooking Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, and the ocean each with their own private bathrooms. The main King master suite has oversized 14' sliding doors, a bonus lounge bed (twin with new 8" memory foam mattress), and a huge master bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and double hand-crafted Argentinian sinks. Another King Master bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower, and is surrounded by windows with sweeping ocean views and a private slider door to the veranda; this King bed can convert to two Twin XLs upon request. The third upstairs Master Bedroom offers a bunk with a Queen bed below and a Twin XL on top, a private bathroom with a tub and shower, and a lush garden view of Pirate's Cove through the palm trees and bougainvillea. The living room includes one pull-out Queen sofa couch.  We offer a pack-n-play with bedding (new in 2023) and a plush twin air mattress for additional sleeping options. 

The backyard is truly an oceanfront oasis. A hardscaped path leads from the newly extended 20x40' shaded patio to our oceanfront deck and day dock, and points directly at Stocking Island's Salt Beacon monument across Elizabeth Harbour. Facing N/NW, our guests enjoy all-day shade on the patio and are protected from the prevailing East winds. The huge 25x40 Oceanfront Deck offers ample seating, and the Day Dock has a swim ladder for easy access and swimming, and a porch swing under the shaded gazebo. 

Point of View is located in the private gated community of February Point Estates Resort, 1/2 mile off of busy Queens Highway, on the resort's peninsula. Guests enjoy being just 1 mile from George Town  shopping and dining and 100 steps from the February Point Beach Club (swimming pool and beach) and the Rusty Anchor Restaurant. February Point offers endless activities on property including safe roads to walk or run around, 2 infinity pools both with private beaches, pickleball and tennis, beach volleyball, fitness center, and the full-service Seaview Spa. Golfing is available at a Greg Norman Championship Course just 25 minutes away. 

Our on-island property manager is available before and during your stay to help with grocery provisions, babysitting, tours and drivers. We are located directly across Elizabeth Harbour from Stocking Island, so you can easily hire a water taxi or take your boat or rental over to explore the beaches, bars, and hike nearby. Exuma is a boater's and fisherman's delight and Point of View is a perfect "home base." Pull up to our day dock to load up your supplies, and keep your boat at our private 35' marina slip across the street in February Point. Wade out for bonefish from numerous flats along the islands or head out on a flats boat with a guide. Fishing is allowed outside of the Moriah Cay Nature Preserve, or venture out on day trips from Great Exuma to Stella Maris on Long Island (27 miles) or to Hawk's Nest on Cat Island (43 miles). We are 54 miles from Sumner Point at Rum Cay, 56 miles Southeast of Staniel Cay, and 87 miles from Cape Eleuthera.

A wonderful place, but a few things to be wary of.
We had a marvelous time at this house. Well-kept, owner was proactive and helpful both pre trip and during our stay. Beds were comfy enough, and the house was well-stocked. Having a slip for our rental boat was a major benefit. The only caution flag I have is you do need a rental car. It’s pretty removed from George Town proper, and the only nearby dining is Rusty Anchor, which can easily average $50+ per person for dinner and is closed two days a week. It’s hard to provision for a week’s worth of food from Exuma Markets — it is dependent on the mail boat and often doesn’t have things you might need to cook. And it’s expensive, too. The other thing to point out is George Town is expensive. Frozen drinks can average more than $10; dinner entrees closer to $30. I don’t think my family of five spent less than $200 at a sit-down; even an awful burger and drinks at the beach bars ended up more than $120 after tip. So budget that if you’re going. But it is the prettiest collection of beaches in the Americas, as far as I’m concerned. If you rent a boat, finding a beautiful deserted beach is simply a matter of pointing. That balances out the cost and any other complaints. And if you’re going, it wound be hard to hope for a better place to stay than Point of View.

Wonderful place to stay on Exuma!
Our family of six, 3 generations, had a great time staying at Point of View. Kathy was very communicative before our stay and easily reached if we had a question while we were there. The home was beautiful, very clean, roomy, and had all the toys to keep us busy. The day dock and marina slip were great for our boat rental days! The views were excellent form the balconies and the decks. The pools and the restaurant right in February Point were very close by and enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone going to stay on Exuma!

Nice place for kids
This property was great stay for people with children. Lots of games and great snorkeling at the dock! I understand that turning the air down too low will freeze the unit up, but it was unbearably hot in the downstairs bedroom and the bedroom directly above. Bring fans!! It is hot and the thermostat is adjusted by the owner. If you turn it down it takes 2 hours to cool down 1 degree. Other than that it was wonderful!

As advertised, this place is fantastic. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Bathroom in each bedroom a great plus. Had groceries ready on arrival, highly recommend. Hung out at both beaches, both pools and on our private dock to soak it all in. The Rusty Anchor is great for lunch and dinner. Saw turtles, rays, and plenty of fish from the dock and the beaches. Rented a boat for two days and hit the local haunts; also highly recommended. Would book again!

Great Vacation-Excellent Location
February Point-Point of View- was an excellent spot for our first trip to the Exuma Islands. The community is largely unfinished, but still appears to be in one of the nicer gated communities on the big island. Staff were nice and community was quiet. We were on a boat the majority of time and having a personal dock was a must. Ladder is still broken from earlier post, but new grill works great. Home is a little dated and in need of some maintenance, but all in all the location was excellent and as described.

Beautiful point of view
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have a vrbo in Florida so I am very particular. This did not disappoint at all. They had everything in the house that you would need plus extra touches that go a long way. Plus they had the toys outside. Location was excellent and right next to the resort restaurant and pool. Sitting out back by the dock was great and view outstanding. 5 stars....I took my mom and daughter and we had more than plenty of space. Don't forget to go to Blu restaurant which was incredible.
