Need a bit improvement

Nice room, clean but: 1. Water from the hot shower is not hot at all 2. Safety box keep on beeping 3. I heard a loud sound like 'a big thing' fall on the ceiling every 3-5min.. Annoyed breakfast is superb! Variety of choices! Nice view from balcony..facing sunrise

This the worst most dirty hotel. We told the staff how dirty the room was and they did not even care. The breakfast was a joke don’t even have eggs. The safe did not work we asked for it to be fixed and they did not. To hotel smelled of natural gas. The sheets and curtains stained. The bathroom full of black mold.and I want Hotels.com refund my money

Next to the sea.

A quick one night stay before attending office event. Taken the family room. Everything was good except for the water heater not working. We need to take cold shower at 5am the following day. Water bottle was also not provided in the room. Other than these 2, it should have been perfect.

Dont eat breakfast here!!!!!! Donsnt worth ur money to buy breakfast here. Theres a food courtwoth tasty food just across the street. Hotel it self is lacated by the beach and need to be renovate since all of the facilities are too old.

Toilet is not working properly,basic channel on the TV was not fully available. Staircase behind swimming pool was damaged, so it's hard go to beach behind this hotel.

Quiet but the holiday period made it noisy. Nice to stay again but at other times. Breakfast nothing to mention about, just basic bread butter jam & a hot drink! Better breakfast a stone's throw away - malay, indian, chinese.

The room foor is dirty, one of the romm air condition not working prpperly and the other room shower not working properly as well. After complaining to the front desk, no action was taken.

The room we stayed was nice n clean. We requested for twin beds. The check in process didnt take long. The staff at the counter were friendly and professional. The room was nice n comfy. We didnt ask for the room with a view..so there was no need to peak out through the glass door. The pool is okay; good size and there is a pool for kiddie too. Unfortunately, the person inchrge of giving out towels was not always there. Most of the time he was not at his counter. Cleanline ...outside of tel was okar.
