Plenty coffee, tea and milk Enclosed shower which needs a little maintenece and a freshen up Decent pressure Good WiFi reception Downside there is no air con Windows do open but you're very close to the airport so there will be noise but nothing too loud There's a wall heater that certainly doesn't take long to heat up the room Bar serves a varied amount of choices from draft to spirits Food is available too They also run a minibus at a small charge £3 per person to the nearby music venue Handy for getting to a concert No return unfortunately but only a 20 minute walk back Staff extremely friendly "

"Great hotel, very relaxed and suited our children with pool and other games downstairs. Liked the bar and food offering, especially when we arrived late and still needed dinner. Bedrooms were comfortable - would stay again. Only one issue - TV surround in room 505 fell off the wall on arrival. Thankfully no one hurt but could have been much more serious. Staff moved us to a new room quickly but hope this is fixed so no risk of it happening again. "

"We had a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience during our stay at this hotel. We checked out the very next day, and demanded a full refund of our 2 nights stay. The room was unclean, with visible dust and mold throughout. The carpet was worn out. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling leaked overnight, causing significant flooding on the floor. It was horrific. This left us in an extremely uncomfortabl and unsafe situation with electrical heating rail exposed in water. Unfortunately, the night manager was unhelpful and unresponsive. They were unable to provide a replacement room or even basic assistance, such as a mop to clean and dry the flooded floor. He provided us with a few towels to keep on the floor. Infact ironically he admitted that of the 116 rooms in the hotel we were the unlucky ones. This has been one of the most unsatisfactory hotel experiences we have ever encountered. We have formally requested a full refund for our stay. Expedia is expected to conduct thorough due diligence on the properties it lists to ensure they meet acceptable standards for its customers."

"Clean spacious room for the family. Good facilities for family at this price point. Extra bed provided for children - everyone got a proper bed to sleep in. Cool and accessible room, everyone slept. Good selection at breakfast. Wished we had booked ahead for the pool to get a better time slot. "
