It is a perfect unit for a several day stay. The house is beautiful and the unit has everything you need. The neighborhood is very walkable and close distance to great restaurants.m in all directions. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Cozy studio apartment in a cool historic building. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, full kitchen. Easy access to the building and the unit. Neighbors were friendly. It was very quiet and restful. Llianivelys is a great host - helpful, fast communication, great recommendations for local food (go to Tapas 177). Even provides a pass for off-street parking! Very nice. Thanks!"

"The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again for any future stays."
