It is located in the highest part of the village, which still preserves, almost intact, the Lombard walls of what was once a small fortress guarding the river. The house is built on the site of an ancient guard post—so much so that the medieval stone “torch stands” are still intact in the garden. It’s very convenient for walking down to Kanyon Park, where you can enjoy the incredible experience of the adventure park on the Lima River. The cool, comfortable rooms ensure a pleasant rest… the fireplace in winter and the barbecue in summer let you enjoy excellent locally sourced grilled meats… perhaps on the panoramic veranda… from which you can see the moon rising between the mountains… and hear the river flowing. An excellent choice for those who love a holiday focused on relaxation and connecting with nature in all its forms. In fact, marked hiking trails start right from the house, winding through the cool, shady woods of the Lima Valley. Not far away, you can book a rafting adventure… Some have taken advantage of their stay at the house to write books… others to recover from a grueling period of work… and still others to turn it into a pleasant opportunity for remote work.
