Après avoir passé 2 nuits a l'hôtel Ricci, impossible de comprendre les bonnes notes de cet hotel sur les sites de voyages. La seule explication doit être qu'il y a une aile récente et une aile ancienne, car notre chambre ne nous a pas du tout donné envie d'y rester. Chambre très sombre, meubles cheap, déco passée et vue sur le mur d'une cour a 1m de la fenêtre. Il faut se pencher pour voir la couleur du ciel. De plus les réceptionnistes étaient certes sympathiques mais ne parlaient pas plus que 3 mots d'Anglais!

Location and staff! The location is within walking distance from nearly all the sights. The staff was wonderful with all my pathetic try’s at Italian. Very friendly. Rooms are basic but for the price adequate.

Friendly and nice personell with good service.

No idea why this hotel only has 2 stars, it's worth 3. Ordinary room and ordinary breakfast but friendly and nice personell with good service.

saubere Hotel in Zentrum, nette Personal

Das Hotel war mitten im Zentrum, aber ruhig, war überall einfach zu erreichen bzw. zu laufen. Allerdings Strand am Stadtrand ist zu teuer. der Hafen war interessant und schön zu laufen und zu shoppen!

nice and cosy

nice part of the city, friendly helpful people that run the hotel. The breakfast is good, stepping outside means your immediately in the Italian daily life. Rooms are clean and nice, not to big but all works and is ok

I have stayed in several hotels in the area near Brignole and Hotel Ricci is by far my favorite. Very friendly, unpretentious staff, quiet rooms, excellent location, nice breakfast, clean, simple, comfortable.

Wonderful!

Hotel ricci was superb..the hotel was so clean beds so comfy and quiet and safe. Rooms were simple but perfect for our group of 3. The breakfast was fabulous each morning and staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The location was fantastic a quick walk to all the sights through the lovely italian streets. Its location to the train station was also great. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Genoa and reccommend it totally. Thank you hotel ricci!

Hôtel Parfait à Gênes

Hôtel très bien situé sur une place proche du centre historique sans en être trop près, donc calme. Accueil très sympathique. Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses, climatisation. Très bien dormi après avoir dîné à la pizzeria qui se trouve juste à côté. De plus, le meilleur prix trouvé ce jour.

Siisti kahden tähden hotelli

Hotelli Ricci oli ihan okei hotelli lähellä Genovan rautatieasemaa. Kahden tähden hotelli, joten mitään luksusta ei ollut odotettavissakaan. Pieni huone, mutta tilat siistissä kunnossa. Näkymä sisäpihan kuiluun, joten huone oli myös aika pimeä. Vastaanotto oli kuitenkin erittäin ystävällinen ja aamupala suhteellisen hyvä. Aamupalalla sai myös kunnon kahvia, ei automaatista. Kaikenkaikkiaan ok hotelli kahden tähden hotelliksi.
