Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room had no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that made a nose when turned on. And made no difference at all to the hot condition of the room. We were notified upon checkin that the room had no en-suite bathroom and bathroom was along the corridor, no mention of this at all in the room description. Which we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known the bathroom was not en-suite. We contacted Expedia to report our complaints about the bathroom and the room being uncomfortably hot ( we ended up booking another hotel) and the host refused to give us any refund for our 2 night stay. It would have been impossible to sleep there in the 30degree heat with only a noisy ceiling fan which didn’t make any difference to the hot condition of the room. Disappointed with Expedia for misselling this property, it wasn’t fit to sleep there in my opinion and not convenient for my 10 year old to be using a bathroom along a corridor at night.
