We arrived to a short queue of two families ahead of us at reception. The wait took about 20 minutes. The chap at reception was doing his best but he was the only person there. When we eventually got to our room we wanted to quickly give the children some supper and a bath and get them into bed, as we had an early start the following morning. There was no plug for the bath, and the microwave’s plug didn’t fit the socket, with no adaptor present. We called reception and waited for them to bring the bath plug and adaptor but no one came. I rang again 20 mins later. In the end had to go down to reception to get the adaptor and was told they didn’t have a bath plug yet, but that someone would bring one. In the end we gave up waiting and put the children in the shower. Someone did come eventually, with another adaptor but no bath plug! Also both USB sockets and the hairdryer were broken. In the morning we wanted to get the first shuttle bus to the airport at 4am. There were about 30 people that wanted to do the same, but we arrived at the departure point in the first 10. The driver arrived late and people tried to queue barge. Luckily we did manage to get onto the first bus but people were definitely trying to queue barge. The driver should have been there in advance so that he could have got the first people on the bus, loaded the luggage, and left at 4. We ended up leaving just before 4.10. Overall the hotel is fairly shambolic and we would not recommend at all.

Convenient, Shuttle bus to the airport apart from the receptionist given me the wrong room it was horrible and and not safe for me. And then i have to go back to the reception and complaint that it was a wrong room in a first place. I don't have confident to stay there next time

This property is very convenient when you want to be staying near the Airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport to the hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good staff

I loved the convenience of being so close to the airport, and also the transportation cards the hotel sent to us prior to arrival. This gave us access to all public transportation in Geneva, including the boat buses. This was cool. Less cool was the confusion on arrival as there are 3 hotels with the same name next to one another, and the staff next door being very direct (aka a bit rude) in telling you that you should pay more attention where you go before bothering them. I guess that's part of the culture.

The staff upon arrival were super friendly and even spent extra time showing us how to get to various places in the area. The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of towels and accessories. Easy to take bus downtown and around the area. Free shuttle to/from airport was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

The sink in the bathroom smells bad. It was draining slowly. I requested to change room but was told that no room was available. The smell makes my 2 nights stay unpleasant. The shuttle service was a hit or miss. There was no waiting line as who gets to go on bases on who's waiting first. We were there in the shuttle stop first, but other people just handed the younger driver the luggages. We were told there was no space for us, even we were there first. Not organized. So we had to walk from the airport to the totel. Another older driver was very kind. We got on the shuttle and was full but he still allowed a couple people standing from the hotel to the airport. It was a short ride across the bridge. The driver was very friendly and pointed out where the bus stop was. The front desk staff was helpful whenever I had a question. As I said earlier, the sink smells and draining slowly so I would probably hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent quality for the price. Great location near Geneva airport and free shuttle that runs frequently starting from 4:30 AM. Rooms are very nice and quiet for the location next to a busy street.

Great, easy airport hotel. We caught the black Nash shuttle outside the airport without having to call and arrange, just hopped in. We had a quad room on the 8th floor, spectacular views and patios out both rooms. Stunning way to wake up. I ended up sleeping on the pullout after kid shuffling and it was the most comfortable pullout I've ever slept on. We got dinner from a great Italian place across the street and pastries and coffee from a bakery down the street in the morning before hopping back in the shuttle to the train at the airport. Big spacious room, convenient shuttle, wonderful stay.

Wonderful hotel and location. Shuttle bus to and from airport I’d needed, free public transport from hotel with bus stop just across the road. Special thanks to wonderful staff on the desk. Very nice and very helpful.

The property was good overall, however, the suite bathroom clogged up and smelled because of previous people’s hair so we were only able to use one bathroom. It was quite unpleasant as it did smell very badly!

Arrived later than scheduled and room was ready with sofa bed already prepared for the child. Didn’t know there was shuttle from airport so walked about 10 minutes from airport. We took the hotel shuttle back to airport the next morning which was very convenient.
