I apologize for asking you, if the reservation was correct.As far as the bedding being washed, they are washed as soon as a guest is checked out. EVERYTHING.I am sorry you had such a bad experience.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for our family reunion! The property and room were clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The convenience of having shopping stores (Grocery and HomeGoods) within walking distance or a short drive was awesome! Also a small restaurant with bar is right nextdoor!

I kept getting black on my feet from the carpet. It needs a good cleaning Then the bedspread had oil or grease from prior tennent. The bad looked like someone had slept in it. I looked at sheets before getting in just to be sure it was clean. There was no coffee. Husband went nuts at 4am when he woke up with no coffee. OMG. Please get coffee in rooms.

Very enjoyable stay as usual. Everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. So close to restaurants. Walmart across the street. Will always stay when in the area. Nothing there I don't like.

Clean No Frills Hotel
This hotel is a no frills hotel, but the property is very clean and the service was great. The manager stayed up to receive us until very late after we had significant delays in getting there. Will certainly return when I need to get back to the area.

We chose this hotel for a night for a place to stay as we made our way from Iowa to Florida. We didn’t want to spend $250+ for a room we weren’t going to be in for a long time as it was just a quick stop. We were quickly reminded, you get what you pay for. Disappointed and wouldn’t stay again. The beds where hard and noisy. The room smelled like awful cigar smoke. You smelled it when you entered the room but it became unbearable once the air conditioner was on and the temp dropped. The owner was irritated when I asked about the pool hours like it was an inconvenience for us to use the facility. Everything in the room was extremely outdated, grimy and needs a sterilizing steam bath. The office was supposed to open at 6 for breakfast and didn’t open until 6:15 since the owner overslept.

This hotel is fine for what it is. It is not fancy, doesn't feel super clean (has that kind of damp hotel feel) and the beds are small. It did what we needed it to do, but we would not look to stay again unless we had to. It was also nearly impossible to hear the check in person over the vending machines when we checked in, which was unpleasant.
