"Beautiful home perfect for our family trip. It was over 100 degrees and the home stayed cool and comfortable both up and downstairs. The pool and the home were clean and spacious enough room for 16 of us. Communication was excellent by text and phone within minutes. A few hiccups during our stay but nothing that interrupted our family fun we were happy to help out with things that can happen unexpectedly. Overall I would say if you have a large group that enjoys the sun, water, and entertainment for the whole group this is the place to stay!!!! We made family members that will last and would definitely stay here again!!!! It was perfect!!!!"

"Had a great time with family for our annual summer kick off trip. Our family consisted of ages 15 to 80, with a retriever puppy and everyone had ample room to spread out or be together and still be comfortable. The pool was great and landscaping was so beautiful. The kitchen was great too and the large over sized t-shaped island was perfect. Although we didn’t hike this trip, the location is close to badlands walking trail. Michael - thank you for sharing your lovely home, we hope to be back one day."

"Beautiful home. Only complaints I thought the pool area was bigger and lit up at night like the pics. Crickets come under the door into the living room/kitchen area at night like I killed a few of them. Then the parking situation now this is hell if you plan on having guests over after 7pm because they must drive their cars to a nearby property aka Winco or fantasy springs because they have 24 hour parking. Only two gyesss vehicle allowed overnight no street parking after 7p. So I literally had to drive to pick up each of my guest like 10 times I had to leave and drive out to get them. This was extremely inconvenient and a waste of gas. So unless your guests all come in one shuttle this is not a house for an event. All rooms are upstairs it’s smaller than pics but still very nice. The two regular rooms are very basic. Not enough face towels if you plan on having guests stay the night so bring your own. Other than that we had a blast! The view was literally the highlight of it all, waking up to that lake and laying there til sunset. I’ll def be back but on a romantic trip next time not with a group"

"House pretty clean and has a lots of cups, glasses, bowls, plates and utensils for us to use. We love the sofas in the theater room everyone in our group wanted to sleep on the sofas. Be careful with the bathroom locks. Most of the restrooms door doesn’t lock . The bottom floors restroom, you can’t open from inside, you have to knock so someone from the outside open it for you.(Hopefully the owner will change all the doors knobs)The lazy river pool is nice , we didn’t get to use it that much because it was so windy the weekend that we were there. But overall the house is nice and clean. The host Rachi is really nice. Yes I recommend this house."
