Gorgeous home in Gelting

The Schiff holiday home, completed in 2016, is located in the middle of the idyllic landscape conservation area of Geltinger Bucht and just 50 metres from the water. This holiday home sympathises with its natural surroundings and literally stands above it all. Three elevated living levels provide a view over the expanse of the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay. The Schiff holiday home offers space for up to four people and, in addition to its location, impresses with its open-plan design and maritime furnishings.



An external staircase leads to the house, to the large bankirai wooden terrace floating above the ground with all-day sun and to the holiday home's own fully fenced garden.



High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen on the first level offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table invites you to linger. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.



The bright bathroom on the second level offers a glass rainforest shower. Both bedrooms offer full holiday comfort and from the third level you can enjoy the view over the nature reserve and Geltinger Bay.



The Schiff holiday home is one half of the house.



Please note that this property can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday in the high and low seasons. Shorter stays are also possible in the low season. Please contact us for an offer.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist maritim und unterstreicht den Charakter des Häuschens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Wasser und die gut gepflegten Wege, die wir ausgiebig mit unseren Hunden abgewandert sind.Auch die Ruhe und die Gemütlichkeit im Ort und die Freundlichkeit der Leute haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir werden gerne wieder herkommen.

Tolles Haus, super Spaziergänge. Flensburg besucht, Kappeln besucht. Alles wunderbar. Der Hundestrand Pottloch ist eine Wucht aber auch in Gelting ist der Hundestrand toll. Das Restaurant Niko in Gelting können wir nur empfehlen. Super nettes Personal und der Chef ist einfach nur klasse. Der Tag wurde mit einem leckeren Flensburger abgerundet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die eine Woche war insgesamt ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Die Nähe zur Ostsee und auch zur Schlei waren wunderbar. Es gab so viel zu sehen in der näheren Umgebung. Ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus hat voll unseren Erwartunge entsprochen, von der Lage her zum Strand perfekt, grade mit Kindern. Nächstes Mal packe ich nur die Hälfte ein, die Waschmaschine vor Ort ist superpraktisch!

Urlaub - Sommer 2020

Schickes kleines Ferienhaus, direkt am Wasser. Sehr gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Heißt - wie beschrieben, so auch vor Ort vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko gabs es aus unserer Sicht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Zwischengeschoss lässt sich nur bei schönem Wetter ordenlich lüften, da der Regensensor das Dachflächenfenster (bzw. alle DFF im Haus) automatisch schließt und zur Straße hin ein nicht öffenbares Panoramafenster drin ist. Das kann dann bei Regen recht stickig werden. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist also nichts für Frischluftschläfer.

Unseren Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen im toll eingerichteten Haus SCHIFF und uns bestens erholt. Die Umgebung ging mit Sternen leider nicht zu bewertet ,bekommt aber auch 5 Sterne. Direkt vor der Haustür die schöne Geltinger Bucht mit atemberaubenden Sonnenüntergängen und nur ein paar Fahrradminuten entfernt die Ostsee. Es gibt viel zu erkunden und anzuschauen in der Umgebung so das es nicht langweilig wird. Scheint die Sonne,kann man sie selbst auf der Terrasse von früh bis Abends in Ruhe geniessen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
