"We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine. Luckily we've lived in Germany the past 10 years (we're Americans) so we know what to expect for trash, quiet hours, etc."

"We had a wonderfully relaxing stop. Well positioned for the train station and for exploring the area on the train. The room was very comfortable and clean, the pool area very inviting and the breakfast had a good variety. The family run establishment would do everything they could to make the stay more comfortable if you asked them. Not the hotel’s fault - but note that although it looks like there are lots of establishments around for dinner they don’t necessarily follow the hours you see on the internet. The hotel did have to help us out one night when all the restaurants had closed early since they were not so busy. I would recommend going out early to eat."
