Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

Short family holiday

It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.

Accidentally booked room here, as I thought it was closer to where I was going to be. Called and let them know, seemed to be understanding over the phone. Then upon contacting Expedia, hotel refused multiple times to give a refund for the accident, not a positive experience.

Expedia fails to protect its customers when the service is not delivered as expected. During our stay, renovation work started directly above our room at 7:00 a.m. without any prior notice. The noise was extremely loud, woke us up immediately, and made it impossible to return to sleep. This significantly impacted our stay and our ability to use the room for its primary purpose. This was meant to be a short vacation to rest, but instead it was disrupted in a way that made it impossible to relax. We reported the issue to reception as soon as it opened at 8:00 a.m., after trying unsuccessfully to rest for an hour. The solutions offered were not practical, as the disruption had already occurred. The hotel staff acknowledged the issue on site and indicated that compensation would be provided. However, after our departure, they refused to offer any compensation or resolution. What is particularly disappointing is how this situation was handled by Expedia. Despite clear evidence of a service failure, the case was treated as a standard cancellation request rather than “service not provided as expected.” The case was closed based solely on the property’s response, without addressing the actual issue. As the issue remains unresolved, I have initiated a chargeback process with my bank due to the failure to provide the service as expected.

Mon avis, bauf, je ne recommande pas.Hôtel composé de 2 bâtiments. Le 1er bât. principal,plus récent,il y a l’accueil,la plus grosse partie des chambres,petit déj.,piscine(sans pédiluve pour les pieds,les gens marchent avec mêmes tongs qu’à l’extérieur, bonjour les microbes dans l’eau!) sauna,espace détente.Puis 2eme bât., là où je dormais,en bord de route(pas trop fréquentée car petit village heureusement) avec restaurant pour le soir au rdc et chambres sur 2 étages sans ascenseur(pas prévu pour handicapé).Lorsque vous êtes logés dans le 2eme bâtiment et pour aller à la piscine/sauna/petit déjeuner, vous devez traverser la route et marcher dans les rues du village sur 150m pas pratique(pas de peignoir dans chambre, obligez de vous changer à la piscine). La chambre était propre, bonne literie, sdb très petite. Très mauvais accueil à la réception, on m’a dirigé vers l’hôtel principal pour me faire revenir dans le 2eme, j’ai fait l’aller retour 3 fois sous la chaleur pour avoir la clé de la chambre,aucune explication sur l’hotel,les horaires,les accès aux espaces détente etc... J’avais réservé et déjà payé la demi pension pour le repas du soir,mais le chef de service ne voulait pas me servir le menu prévu en 3 plats et voulait absolument que je commande à la carte en payant en supp,après multes explications copie de ma résa et grace à une jeune serveuse parlant français,le chef a appelé l’accueil qui avait oublié de noter ma réservation,45 min de perdu.Mauvaise expérience.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war gemütlich und sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich und vor allem die Hotelmitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich. Alles in allem ein rundum schönes Wellness-Wochenende - vielen Dank!
