Staff was very helpful and friendly, they were ready to help and they replied to messages super quick. They also helped us with a full day tour

All i can say is that it was one of the best stays i had in a while .. everything was nice and helped put you in the mood of old cairo once you step in through the door of the hotel you feel that you went thru a gate to the past and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guy at the entrance and the guys at the restaurant and nurhan at the reception she was so nice .. thank you for a wonderful stay will definitely come back again

Staff are not well trained.

The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through.

Nicest hotel staff, amazing view of the pyramids, delicious breakfast, central location.
