Welcome to our Martin Lake getaway nestled between a bounty of trees and pristine waterfront. Located just minutes from Boyne Mountain and downtown Gaylord. Enjoy breathtaking lake views and a quiet tranquil environment to relax and unwind. Wake up with a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy complimentary kayak use to explore the crystal-clear waters. Stay connected with free high-speed internet, allowing you to share your adventures in real-time.
This charming home offers a serene space that sleeps up to 6 adults plus 2 children.
Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed and direct access to the main floor bathroom
- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed
- BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 4 twin size bunk beds and a dresser with some storage
Bathrooms: we provide towels (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel) and quality and sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap).
- BATHROOM 1: full bath (bathtub)
- BATHROOM 2: 3/4 bath (standing shower)
Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard), trash bags, dishwasher pods.
Entertainment: You can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games; two kayaks; a Roku to connect to all your streaming services, and a blue tooth soundbar
Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake.
Back Deck: enjoy the outdoor dining area that seats six. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore. Feel free to use the fire pit to make smores or to sit around for conversation.
Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot.
*For your and our safety, the home is equipped with a security camera near the entrance door facing the parking lot.
***Please note before booking that there is no AC and washer/dryer at the property. Additionally the fireplace is not operatable.***
