"I was not even able to stay at the hotel, once I got there they canceled my room. Saying that they charged the card on file but since it was denied they canceled. I have always paid at the location this was the location that did this. Very disappointing. "

"Good breakfast, afternoon hors d'oeuvres. Large rooms, right across from convention center and next to outlet mall. Free airport shuttle every 30 min. Reasonable price."

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."
