The bright and friendly vacation apartment Mercedes in the beautiful Agriturismo Colleincanto is part of a farmhouse on a 20,000 m² plot of land, located in the middle of the greenery of Lombardy and captivates with a stylish rural ambience. The modern apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and offers space for a total of 4 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. Enjoy the view of the beautiful nature from your own roofed terrace, appropriate garden furniture is available. On hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the shared pool in the garden, and there is also a playground for children. In the evening it becomes especially cosy with a glass of wine at the warm wood stove. The idyllic Agriturismo is located 7 minutes (4 km) by car from Gavardo. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance (450 m) or 6-10 minutes by car (3-5 km), bars are also 6 minutes by car (3,5 km) away. A supermarket and stores for daily needs can be found in about 4-6 minutes by car (2-3,5 km). In only 17 minutes by car (8 km) you can reach the beautiful beach Spiaggia Romantica on Lake Garda with a magnificent view of the Isola dei Conigli and the Isola del Garda. The nearest airport is in Verona and can be reached by car in 52 minutes (70 km).

Pros: L' appartamento è pulito, ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort. É immerso nella natura e nel silenzio, tra piante di frutta, prati verdi e un fresco bosco. Si respira un' atmosfera rilassata e familiare, grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari. É il posto ideale per chi desidera riposarsi, ma al tempo stesso vuole essere a pochi minuti dal lago di Garda. Cons: Tutto perfetto
