"Small main living space which was expected but not a problem. The app for key code was convenient but the door could be a little hard to open. Air conditioning in the main hall and only one of the bedrooms so we had to leave the other door open for airflow. Close to main city center and good walking distance to shops and restaurants. One of the bedroom only had on bottom sheets and no bed coverings so that was strange and no good way to request more linens so we had to improvise."

"The apartment is on a great street in El Carmen, the old beautiful part of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a very musty, mildewy smell. You can also smell the sewage smell from the sewer outside the window. No A/C which was ok with the fans but the scent of water infiltration or mold in the air made me uncomfortable during my stay. There is some noise from the street since lots of delivery trucks park right outside the door and the windows don’t have any glass or screens...

"Check in was easy since we came when the office was open. I think off-hours check in was going to work out if we'd needed it. It was fast and easy to get clean sheets and towels plus trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels when we needed them with a message on whatsapp. It's an easy (under 10 minutes) walk from the Xativa Metro station (or Estatio du Nord) to the apartment, making it convenient to get there from the airport (or train station). "This was a clean and well furnished place. Perf for two people. I was traveling with a friend and there was only one set of sheets left. I called the managing agent and they brought a set of sheets the next day. However, we had to figure out what to do the previous night. I have only seen this in Spain. Everywhere else I’ve had extra sheets available."
