* Stone gas fireplace or air conditioning.
* New 4 person hot tub on scenic deck with gas grill, extra propane and rocking chairs.
* Watch your favorite streaming service with Roku.
* Free wireless internet.
* A scenic view of the mountain woods.

* 1 mile off Pigeon Forge Parkway #8 traffic light.
(Near Texas Roadhouse & Dolly Stampede)
* 4 miles to Gatlinburg.
* 2 miles to Dollywood/Splash Country.
* 3 miles from Margaritaville. (The Island)
* 20 miles from Clingmans Dome and Cades Cove.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
* Non smoking/vaping cabin.
* No pets allowed.
* Not wheelchair accessible.
* The cabin is located on a steep, winding road on Sugar Mountain just off the main Parkway. There are 3 parking areas off the side of the road, parallel to the front of the cabin. Sugar Mountain Way is a looped road. This allows you to pull forward and drive around the loop to the main road if you do not want to back up your vehicle. We drive a Dodge Grand Caravan and have no issues with parking space.
* In-climate weather or COVID-19 may cause a guest to miss their stay in our cabin. We provide no refunds for this, however, VRBO.com has partnered with CSA Insurance Company to offer trip insurance. Guests are encouraged to call CSA for a trip insurance quote.
* This cabin is in the Great Smoky Mountains where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, it's possible you could see/hear wildlife like insects, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, bears, etc.
* We pay for monthly pest prevention inside and outside of the cabin, which includes a certified K9 dog named Indie who is trained by the National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association. All possible efforts have been taken by the owners prior to your arrival to make this cabin a safe and fun vacation rental.

Communication from the hosts was great and the property was a great mountainside retreat. It was secluded and in a great forested/mountainous area, but still very accessible to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge.

This cabin is a perfect distance from all the attractions between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The reservation process was simple and everything was as advertised. The cabin is cozy and just enough off the beaten path. We enjoyed all the amenities. Our teenage boys especially loved the game area. We saw a bear two different times just a short distance from the cabin, which was a big highlight of staying here. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Had an awesome stay! Within minutes from the main strip, great location. The drive up the hill is very steep. The "game room" was a hit for my 3&5 year old! We had a minor issue and the host responded and handled it very quickly. Lots to do at the cabin, very kid friendly!

Close to everything but in the trees

Great location and very nice cabin woth lots of things to do. Steven and Jessica were very responsive. The road up is very steep but if you go around the loop it is much more manageable. We saw 2 bear and 2 deer during our stay!

Absolutely love our vacation. This beautiful, cozy cabin made our stay very comfortable and convenient: stores are close, Pg Forge or Gatlinburg downtown are minutes away, parks, rivers are not that far away as well. Timely responses from the owner/manager. We will definitely come back again!

AMAZING Cabin

When we got into the cabin it felt unreal it was amazing the hot tub was fantastic. This was an amazing place to stay at and I would recommend it. One thing that was a slight problem is getting to it make sure you use the loop road to get there other than that it was a delightful experience 10/10 would recommend!!!

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy and accommodated us perfectly. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the woods where we were able to see a small cub passing through. We will be back!

Lovely, peaceful cabin

My husband and I, and his adult stepson stayed in the cabin for three nights in April. The cabin was rustic, but very nice and comfortable. Spacious and clean. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and we loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the trees and forest. Very peaceful and serene! The road is a little tricky, but once you’ve done it a couple times it was no problem. The kitchen and bathrooms had all that we needed in amenities. We did not use the hot tub or BBQ. We would stay there again if we come to the area!

We were really only there 1 day. Everything was great for us. We loved the game table. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen except make coffee. Only minus is upstairs floor squeaks, so whoever is downstairs hears every step people upstairs take.
