Our cabin is located at Eagle Ridge Resort, 5 min away from parkway! Close to everything! It has spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8, well decorated with all the comfortable setting you will need for your getaway. Master bedroom with king bed is on second floor, two bedrooms with queen bed are on the main floor. There is an additional queen size pull out sofa bed in living room. Game area with pool table is next to master bedroom second floor. The main floor features fully equipped kitchen. Hot tub and free WIFI.

Come enjoy a great vacation with your family and friends at our cabin!

Family vacation
We stayed at this property with our adult children and nephew. There was ample space for the 7 of us. We spent time in both hot tubs and enjoyed playing pool. We had everything we needed to cook a few meals also. We would likely stay again.

Great family stay
The cabin was great. Had everything we needed. The host was amazing. There was a very small hiccup with the wifi (which was not the fault of the host) and the host was on it immediately and got it resolved . Definitely would recommend.

Do not stay here - safety concerns
My family and I only stayed one night at this property and then left. There were major electrical issues, outlets didn’t work, the hot surface light was on the stove even though no burners were on, there was no smoke detector, the faucet at the kitchen sink didn’t turn off properly, and the fridge was missing shelves and the main bottom shelf was broken so you couldn’t store anything. Non-safety issues were peeling wallpaper, half the lightbulbs were missing, and the antenna for the internet was broken on the modem. There were also a few other broken or missing items. Giving a 1 star only because the cabin was pretty clean.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to town but far enough away to not hear traffic. Had a glitch when a tree fell on the power lines out last night but advent was quick to communicate with us and had power back in about 45 minutes. So no worries. Cabin could use some updating.

Convenient!!
Perfect location for Dollywood and splash country. Enough bedrooms for privacy - family of four with two adult sons. The cabin was a little difficult to locate at first - had to contact manager for some guidance, but response time was good. Would stay again.

The host was really nice - we had some issues with the linens on the bed not being clean so we had to wash those. I would say bring your own pillow - the ones provided weren't clean.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
This cabin was exactly as described! Perfect location, close to everything but far enough off away to be quite and peaceful. The cabin was clean and organized. The hot tub was already heated when we got there and it was clean as well. The owners were very responsive and were very easy to deal with. As long as its available we will booking this for any future stays!

Great Relaxing Getaway
Wanted a spot to slow down and escape for the day while on vacation and this fit the bill. Close enough to town to still run in and grab ice cream. Far enough away to not feel like we were in town. Could still hear road noise which would have been nice no to hear, but not too bad. Grilled some steaks on the grill. Plenty of hot tub time (not very hot, but still relaxing). Watched movies. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Good time.
Location was great for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was really cute and we enjoyed our stay. However, we didn't have wash cloths or dish rags.There we just a couple of issues but they were corrected promptly after contacting host. Just needs a little TLC.

Front steps are soft, funny odor, TV continues to buffer you can’t watch anything, no soap available in entire cabin, no ice, hot tub, smells funny, Jets, broken in the hot tub, outside lights above the hot tub don’t work, upstairs toilet, does not flush properly, light beside of the bed upstairs is broken, jets in the tub upstairs are broken, water will not stay hot. I would not recommend this cabin to any of my friends.

We had a family trip of 5 adults and 1 infant. The place is very nice. We were not there a lot due to having activities to do. The light above the table is barely hanging up, not many washcloths, but I had already read reviews of that and brought disposable washcloths, the internet would drop and I would have to restart router. The only tv option was Roku and half the time the internet would not work so no tv to watch. I would say the biggest negative was the lack of tv. Yes, I could have logged into my Netflix account but the WiFi access was not pw protecting and I did not feel safe entering my info. Other than that it was an ok place to stay.

Great location & Nice Cabin
The location is great for the area and the cabin is nice and perfect for a weekend get away. I did have a few complaints but nothing major. The TV would only work part of the time. It would buffer for 2-3 minutes and then only play 30 seconds then buffer again. The 1st floor bathroom needs cleaned very good. There was some black mold growing above the shower and there was someone else’s bar of soap left on top of the shower. Also the picture online can be a little deceiving. There is a cabin on both side of this property but they are not right on top of you. Other than those few things the cabin is a great place to stay. Owner was kind enough to give us an extension on checkout as well.

Although the location was great, there were issues in the cabin. We never found the handbook with directions. The ice machine did not work and the fridge had broken/missing shelves. There was mold in the shower and the ceiling was leaking in the kitchen. The outdoor lights by the hot tub did not work and even the lights in the bedrooms had some missing/wouldnt turn on.

Place was nice, but for the money most cabins have more towels and cooking esencials like salt and pepper, alumuim foil, better dish detergent, dish washer detergent, trash bags, toilet paper. The only other problem was the bed upstairs was very uncomfortable.

My stay at this rental cabin was far from satisfactory. The main issues that stood out were the presence of mold in the shower and the numerous broken amenities. The jets in both the hot tub and upstairs jacuzzi were non-functional, and the cabin had a dirty ceiling fan, broken blender, and a pool table with loose and dirty felt, not to mention the missing tip on one of the pool cues. The lack of communication with the host when we faced ceiling leaks also added to the disappointment. While the cabin had some charming aspects, the mold and broken amenities made the experience highly unsatisfying. I wouldn't consider staying there again, as it did not meet the expected standards for a pleasant getaway.
