This cabin sleeps 6 people MAXIMUM.

CELL SERVICE: My Verizon cell service works "ok" for calling or texting. Data usage is not the best but the Cabin Wifi works great.

FIREPLACE: For obvious reasons, the fireplace is non-operational during warm weather months. The fireplace is operational October 15th through March 15th.

PETS: Sorry, we do not permit pets.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted inside the Cabin!! You will be charged for the cleaning fee and damages from this. Take it OUTSIDE!! Cleanup your cigarette butts.

The cabin is set up with a starter set of toiletries and paper towels and supplies. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

⛰Mountain Roads⛰This Cabin is on a mountain in the Sky Harbor subdivision. It is easily accessed via asphalt roads. There are sharp turns and steep grades, which might be a shock to some. Please take your time driving. Some roads require you to pull over so another car can safely pass. Don't panic, a fully loaded Honda Civic can get to the cabin with no problems under dry and rainy conditions. With that being said, in the event of snow and winter weather, going up or down the mountain is not recommended. This area averages 10 inches of snow per year. Please consider tire chains and 4-wheel drive is a MUST during winter weather. There are no refunds for weather as i cannot predict it. Guests should acquire their own Travel Insurance.

We loved are stay. I highly recommend going in the fall with the all the beautiful foliage. We saw bears from our cabin 3 different days, it was amazing!

The cabin was very cozy . There was Hot tub and a jacuzzi but we didn’t use them this time. Really love the seat in arrangements outside on the porches. Far enough from the busy town and close enough for some peace and quiet time. A very pleasant place to stay.

Great cabin rental!

Enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Loft! Check in was super simple, cabin was clean, and location was perfect! Spent the days visiting both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and enjoyed a day of just relaxing at the cabin. Highly recommend!

Granddaughters trip to Dollywood!

This Chalet Cabin is perfect for a trip to Dollywood and Gatlinburg! It’s at the top of a mountain! We were visited by wild turkeys & bears! It’s perfect for a family of 4 to 6 ! Pizza delivery came right to us!

Mountains of fun

We couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations and was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever experienced. The beds were incredibly comfortable just like our own at home which made for a perfect night's sleep. Additionally, everything was conveniently located and easy to access, enhancing our overall experience. Without a doubt, we'll be returning here on our next visit!

Christmas family vacation

This cabin was beautiful to stay in and had all the entertainment for my three teenage children. The hot tub and the jet tub in the master bedroom were well kept and clean and provided a relaxing time after being in the city all day.

Awesome Cabin

Great and relaxing cabin

Recently stayed at the Black Bear loft and we had a great time. The cabin was great and my girls loved the location. We saw several bears and relaxed at night. Scott was a great host and would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend this cabin.

A nice family retreat

Really enjoyed this stay. Beautiful home, whether soaking in the hot tub before bed, or enjoying coffee out on the porch in the morning, playing games inside, or just snuggling up to the tv. It helped to have all those things to cover the interests of the whole family.
