Great location and gorgeous views. The property is in a subdivision next to other cabins. Quiet hours were abided by & there was enough parking. Just off the main road, provided a great launch point. Beds were comfortable, full kitchen, and home was clean.

Nice but remote
Nice property but pretty remote. Good access to Dollywood and surrounding area.
When we came in the property, green flies were inside the cabin. I personally killed 6 and few more were flying around. The T.V could be upgraded to a larger ones. Perhaps a full body mirrors can be installed in each room (just a suggestion).Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's very close to the main drag. It has a beautiful view of the mountains.
The cabin was in a great location. It was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family weekend! We will be back!
We had a great weekend stay. My young adult children even stated how nice the place was. Close enough to downtown, and far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness.
We had a fantastic time. Thoses bed slept very well. The place was very clean. The pool table had a few issue's but we still had fun. Would recommend it to anyone. Thank you fir a great time
As my first time visiting Gatlinburg, I didn’t know what to expect. The cabin was beautiful. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back
We were very impressed with the location, and size of the cabin. It came equipped with everything we needed for the week. The view was great, but could have been a little better with the tree branches removed.
Nice stay, clean and convenient check in. Plenty of towels and nice sized bedrooms. Dog crate was provided.
Cons: view was obstructed by some overgrown tree limbs/bushes, no hockey table as pictured, no where for dogs to do business and no grill
We stayed over the weekend with 4 adults and 2 kids (10 and 13). It was perfect for our group. We were close to downtown but still quiet and with mountain views. Property was clean - nothing super fancy but just exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the hot tub. The table was nice and big for dinners and playing games. We ran into a few minor problems and property manager was super responsive via text and took care of them quickly. Would definitely rent again or at another property by the same company.
The property was clean and the floor plan was set up nice. Very easy access from hi-way. No mountains to climb.

Good location and spacious living area
The cabin was in a great location with quick access to the Gatlinburg strip and grocery store. The large dining room table and living room was perfect for visiting with family. The mountain view was beautiful. We were concerned about trash because we were told to put our trash on the deck but we did not have bear proof trash cans on the deck. And we did see a bear in the neighborhood. Overall our stay was good and we loved the area but the cabin could have used a deep cleaning.
The cabin was close to other cabins which aides in safety. The size was great for our group. The beds however were very hard and dirty. There were dents in the beds. The shower liner in one bathroom had mildew on it. There was a couple dead bugs in the bed under the sheets. Broken blinds and leaves all in the kitchen. The couch was very comfy & looked clean. The pool table had a bunch of stains on it. Checkout was very easy. Located close to attractions. It was a veryy steep hill getting to our cabin (#1769).

Nice getaway with some issues
The cabin was nice, kitchen was stocked with utensils so we could prepare our meals, lots of space for everyone and good location that’s close to everything you want to do in Gatlinburg.
We had two issues during our stay. One was a problem with the bedding and this issue was remedied immediately when we contacted the phone number listed for maintenance. They were very responsive and fixed the problem completely.
The other issue was about the pet fee. VRBO lists the pet fee as $60 for pets. I thought I was getting a deal because other cabins in the area charge more than this. Turns out, after booking, I received an email from their office saying it’s $60 per pet. So I had to call and pay extra for our two dogs, which I thought would be covered when I initially booked. I mentioned that this is not clear when booking and feels unfair to charge after I have already paid the non refundable deposit. So just be aware that you may be paying more for your pets than what is stated on VRBO’s website. Other cabins in the area clearly list their fees, but this one did not.
