The pool is the perfect size for smaller kiddos, many hours spent splashing about! The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and the game room! The sunrise view is very nice. Overall a very nice stay!
The cabin was amazing and the view was incredible. Would recommend to anyone who has a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The only downside was the driveway - our V-6 SUV could not make it up the VERY steep driveway. We had to park along the road and hope every night that no one side swiped our car.
Cabin was very kid friendly. Our kids had such a good time with the games and indoor pool.

Aesthetically it was great but cosmetically needed some TLC. There was no sand for shuffleboard which was part of the draw that made us want to book. Driveway is very steep.
We had the most amazing time at Whitney’s Way! The incredible amenities and views allowed us to enjoy much-needed family time and relaxation. We’ll treasure the memories we made and hope more families get the chance to have the same experience we did! Thank you!!
This was the best vacation spot I have ever been too. This was our kids first vacation. We did not want to leave. Everything was perfect! We will be coming back and we already recommended it to many! Several people have gotten the information from us! Thank you!
This property has everything you are looking for! The only thing that you will need to know is about the drive way! It’s very inclined! No 4x4 not good!
Nice place, plenty to do, good location. Really steep driveway
We had two families of three ages 11, 15 and 4 adults. Plenty of room, pool, hot tub, games and activities all were awesome. It was April and Christmas decorations were still up. Fire pit needed to be lit with a lighter, igniter didn’t work. Fireplace would not work. Bar was sticky and the bar utensils were dirty. There was someone else’s clothes in a drawer in one of the dressers and the rugs needed vacuumed. We were there for a weekend and had lots of fun.
The house is great, but it kind of looks like “flip” property. Not much attention to detail. However, that being said I would stay there again. My one complaint is that the water in the jacuzzi was gross and the rainfall head in the shower didn’t work. I am a Certified Pool Operator and the water in the jacuzzi stunk, it was cloudy. I checked the levels and the hot tub didn’t have chlorine or any type sanitizer in it. It was very disappointing.

Not clean and they don’t pick up the trash
We stayed 4 nights and the trash bins were full when we got there and they never came and emptied them and you can’t sit the trash outside because of bears. It’s a beautiful house, but it is not clean or well maintained. Needs pest control. Bugs and spiders everywhere. The power went out downstairs for over 18 hours. The drive way is steep. You will not make it up with a small car even in the summer.
That driveway is no joke! We drive a Toyota Highlander and were afraid it wouldn’t make it up the hill while we were driving up it. I would suggest avoiding this place in the winter if there is any snow or ice at all. Overall, the stay was ok. The doors from the pool area into the house both had dead batteries in them and did not lock. We didn’t have small children with us, so it was ok for our kids, but I wouldn’t have been comfortable at all with smaller children there. The door from the pool to the back deck also didn’t have a lock at all the first night we were there. The rental company did send someone out to fix it the next day, but weren’t able to give us a ballpark time frame which was frustrating. The men who repaired it, however, were super nice and really cared about getting it fixed. Floors in the main level could use some TLC with obvious water damage and some buckling. The hot tub was ok, but jets practically useless when over half didn’t work. This isn’t odd, though, for our rental hot tub experience. I don’t think we have ever stayed somewhere where they all worked. Air hockey table had several pieces where the trim was sticking out so we had to be careful not to snag clothing on them. Location is great, just a few minutes from Gatlinburg. Really the location is great! Just close enough to attractions but far enough to feel more secluded and had a great view!Despite the challenges, we would return.

Disappointing
Communicating with the property manager with frustrating. We were delayed access to the site 2+ hours because they failed to send us an email that they swore they sent us and instead of resending they argued and argued about it. The last day everyone woke up with 80+ BED BUG BITES all over and when we reached out to them to let them know it needed a deep clean prior to the next guests they just said “sorry, things happen, not our fault” and then ghosted us. DO NOT STAY HERE. It looked nice, but looks can be deceiving. If they would have been receptive to our feedback to contact and resolve I could have understood and looked past it but they were so defensive and rude.
Terrible experience. House was empty for 4-5 days prior to our arrival. When we arrived at 5 PM, house was dirty. Couldn’t check in until 7:30. Light kit and fan is non working in both bedrooms. Has been defective but owner hasn’t approved replacement. Garage door inoperable leading from house to back patio for fire pit/hot tub. We had to run around the house in the snow and climb down the hill to get back and forth from porch to inside. No walkway whatsoever. There are floors popping up throughout the home that our children would catch their toes/feet on and trip. Mildew/mold smell in the living room and guest bath downstairs. There isn’t any blinds in the home except for the 2 bedrooms so no privacy in the living areas of the home. And overall, the craftsmanship of the home is the worst i have ever seen. Called cabins USA about a few of the issues and all we got was “we are sorry. Let us look into in and get back with you” and that was 2 days ago.
The driveway is steep! You will make it, don’t be scared! The cabin is updated inside & out! The windows are large & very much appreciated. We used all amenities, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room. Honestly we really could’ve stayed there each day vs exploring Gatlinburg. There’s several ways to get to Gatlinburg from the cabin. Our favorite was where you are eye to eye with the top of Anakeesta across the canyon! So fun!

Nice place, good for families.
My husband and I booked this property mainly for the indoor pool. However, the pool table and air hockey were their favorite things.
Plenty of TVs, so everyone could watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Spacious and lots of spaces for hanging out. Also loved the gas fireplace!
A few cons: AC in upstairs didn’t work, but we didn’t realize until a could of days into our stay because the weather was cool. Ceiling fans and overhead lights in both bedrooms were not working, so a lamp was the only light we had. Area rugs were curling up on the edges in some rooms, and floor was buckling beside the pool table, which made for some stubbed toes. Lastly, we arrived late at night and during a rain shower. The roads leading up to the cabin were narrow and slippery, but that’s to be expected in this area. The driveway belonging to the cabin was STEEP. It made my kids somewhat uncomfortable the first few times we drove up, I’d definitely suggest 4WD if you’re renting this spot.
We vacation in the Smokies at least once a year, and we usually stay closer to town. I really loved this place, just not the drive to and from so much. Perfect spot to hole up for a few days!!
The only complaint, the home was new and could use some tweaking, floors buckling, some finishing touches needed. Needed sweeping. Little things that weren't a big deal. Needed a hair dryer. We had plenty of towels, dishes and cooking items. Overall it was excellent and I will stay here again.
The property has amazing views and amenities. The drive up to the property is steep so if you an unfamiliar with driving in the mountains I would highly recommend 4×4 and doing so during before sundown.
