• Parking is limited to 1 car.
• 4x4 drive recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved, but conditions can vary with weather.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March).
• Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your own coffee.
• Charcoal grill available—please bring charcoal.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Very beautiful place to stay. A perfect place
to be away from the crowded but close enough to walk to the down town area. Very relaxing and quite house and area. The river in the rear of the house adds to the beauty and sounds amazing it can put you right to sleep. Will be back to stay. :)
The cabin is located walking distance to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, yet tucked back on a quiet street. The cabin is ideal for a couple, you can make it work with a kid like we did, but the loft and spiral staircase make bedtime a little tricky. Overall great experience though.
Such a wonderful place to stay! Very centrally located and beautiful scenery. Great communication with the host as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking again for my next trip to Gatlinburg!!
