This is an amazing condo! We were impressed with the whole thing. My youngest son loved the separate balcony off the master bedroom as he would go out there every night for some quiet. Everything was exactly as described and had everything we needed in kitchen (bags, tin foil, some coffee cups, salt, oil etc. Some of those small things are nice to see already there) My husband, 2 kids and I are still talking about how comfy those beds are even now that we are home with our own! GREAT choice on those! If we come back to the area, we are most definitely going to stay here again. Thank you for making our family trip great!

Perfect mix of location and comfort

Enjoyed a long, relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg! Perfect location to walk the sights of Gatlinburg. Condo is just as pictured. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and great towels. Nice to soak in the hot tub after a fun day hiking. Highly recommend!

Best rental ever!

Our family instantly felt 'at home' as soon as we entered the condo. It was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, and was beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and extra blankets in the closets. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay in Gatlinburg

The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, quiet and well located in Gatlinburg. We liked that it was only an elevator ride down to street level, with many restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. We also liked that it was located on the south end of Gatlinburg and thus a very short drive to the entrance of Smoky Mountain National Park. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg.

Family Dance Trip

We stay at Summit Manor every year for dance nationals, but this was our first year in this unit. This will be our top pick for future stays. Cleanliness is top priority for me, and this unit was above expectations! Thank you for the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

The condo was well appointed and as described. It was beautifully decorated, and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening, and watching the bears roam about.

Location!

If you want to be close to everything in Gatlinburg, this is the place. Close to lots of dining and entertainment. Ober Tram is quick walking distance. Condo was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location, very clean

Great location, walking distance to the Great Smoky Mountains and all of the strip. Easy communication with host. Very very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in Gatlinburg many times, at high end resorts, but we will be staying here again, better than the resorts. One of our favorite places.
