Three Bedroom Condo sleeps 8 persons

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom also has one king bed. Upstairs in the loft there is one king bed . The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs in the loft there is a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great time again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Gatlinburg annually to hike in the Smokies. I always book at Park Place for several reasons. It’s convenient to the park and overlooks a stream. Management does a great job of keeping up the property and taking care to make sure booking and check in is easy. And we always get a nice unit.

Great Place - Great Location

Reviewer Comments: I did submit a review for the last time we stayed at Park Place, and it was my first and only review I have submitted ever.I was very disappointed in the lack of maintenance that was needed on the unit. Both bedrooms, downstairs, had the closet doors ready to fall in the floor. One of the chairs in the dining room was broke and un-useable. Water pressure was so low it barely came out of the shower head and some light bulbs were in need of replacement. We have always like staying at these units because they are clean, nice looking and are convenient to the strip. We have used Park Place at least 5 or 6 times over the past two to three years and would like to continue using Park Place for our visits. I would hope better attention to maintenance will be scheduled.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in Gatlinburg! It’s extremely convenient with easy in and out to the downtown Main Street of Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere. The condo was perfect. It slept 10 and I loved the 3 king beds in each room with a set of bunk bed in one of the king rooms. We overlooked a stream and on our balcony and that was nice added touch to our stay. We will stay there again when we return!

Our original accommodations at Mountain View Zodiac were horrible, the management at Park Place Condos provided us with a beautiful 3BR 3 Bath unit that was exceptionally comfortable and immaculate. The management was friendly and helpful. Park Place Condos are the best in Gatlinburg.
