lovely updated condo and great location

Our stay in the Gatlinburg condo was excellent. The proximity to town (especially during a holiday week) was exceptional, and the updated condo was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the living room was nice to hang out in. We enjoyed the large TVs for football as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for downtown activities

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The price of the unit was actually slightly less than a hotel stay with more room and our own kitchen. Downtown was a short walk from the unit, saving us time in traffic and money for parking. Easy checkin process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Spot

It was lovely, great weather, coffee in the community rocking chairs overlooking the mountains...see if you see the giraffe (tree) top of the tree line...and a friendly bear visiting (we did not see). The grounds supervisor was friendly and kind along with other guests staying there. A nice walk down hill to town...just remember the final stretch back is up hill. I highly recommend!

Not enough handicap parking and the fireplace didn't work but its nice little clean place pretty close to downtown. Overall it was good though. Had a issue with not enough sheets blanket but owner fixed quick and easy

Small problem with the code to enter the condo, but Scott returned our call immediately and problem solved. Clean, very neatly kept, no bugs, nice private patio. We were entertained by watching a family of bears in the parking lot across from ours. Would recommend!

Clean condo

My friend and I stayed 4 nights. We’re in our mid-seventies and enjoyed separate bedroom/baths. Kitchen small but clean and met our needs. Not walkable for us to Gatlinburg shops. Would have been nice to have box of Kleenex, extra soap bars for showers, and dish cloth for cleaning up. But we made it work

We rented the condo for our adult daughter for a Christmas present. She is a special education teacher, and we feel she deserved a special getaway. Well, we got it! She LOVED the condo and its location. It is close to everything you might want or enjoy. The condo was BEAUTIFUL according to her. My husband and I will be booking soon!
