This conveniently located cabin offers privacy and a very short distance to the Gatlinburg strip with more action than you could ever handle in a single day. When you are ready for a more natural experience, you can enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park only 1 mile further.

Reliable High-Speed WIFI internet is provided by Spectrum. All TVs are ROKU and streaming apps are available using your own log-in credentials.

Along with the great location, A Bear's Gatlinburg Splash gives you a taste of luxury on the lower level of the cabin with outdoor seating with a picnic table, cushioned chairs, a hot tub, a charcoal grill, and best of all you can enjoy a private, heated, salt pool all year round.

On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. For more entertainment, you can head to the lower level and challenge one another to a game of shuffleboard or play the new multi-cade with 60 different classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga! Wind down and snuggle up in front of the TV and electric fireplace at the end of the day or enjoy sitting on the back deck in a rocking chair. Finally, you can retire to the master bedroom with a king bed and attached full bath.

For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen pullout couch for those trips you can't take alone.

On the lower level is a second king suite with a full en suite bath.

Bathroom towels and linens are provided. In-site stackable washer and dryer. Pool towels are provided.

The pool is approx. 10 x 6 and approx 4 ½ feet deep.

Location: Private and semi-secluded. You can see other cabins but they are not close by. Gatlinburg Strip 1.9, Pigeon Forge Strip 6.4, Ripken Experience 9.3

Visit as many attractions as you like on a daily basis and receive one admission to each of those attractions every day. Unused admissions expire daily. Expired and redeemed admissions are replenished the following day and can be used again.

The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were big hits with our kids. My wife enjoyed spotting wild life. Didn’t see any bears but we got a close up of an eagle during one lunch on the deck. Be prepared for the first drive in on the road to the house - there’s a steep drop where you can’t see the road below. It’s there so just trust that it’s there. Really great place.

The house was everything we hoped it would be: Clean, spacious, close to town yet still private, and spectacular views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night and also made good use of the game room. All of the communication from the owners was super helpful and timely. We saw two bears from the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee. We highly recommend this cabin and are so grateful for an amazing, memorable trip to Gatlinburg.

Property was exactly as listed and didn’t disappoint. The location is IDEAL for a great Smoky Mountain vacation getaway. Very close to the strip in Gatlinburg, but also perfect for a day in as you have beautiful views of the mountain and we were even lucky enough to observe some bears from the comfort of the balcony.

This property was perfect for a little get away in a beautiful setting. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Our teens loved the indoor pool and gaming area, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The check in and out processes were easy and everything worked as described. My husband, my kids and I stayed for a weekend in this beautiful cabin. It was exceptionally clean and decorated so pretty. The indoor pool was perfect for my two girls and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The view of the mountains is beautiful. We loved the windows. The cabin is close to the strip but also so far up that it’s peaceful and when we sat outside we could hear the creek running. We will definitely be staying again !

We loved this cabin, perfect for our family of 6. New, beautiful, clean, and amazing views. It’s also 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg which was nice. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub. My only complaint is they only had one set of dish towels and one set of bath towels for each person so I had to wash towels every day. Also some curtains in the upstairs bedroom would have been nice.

We come to Gatlinburg every year on fall break, but this was our best yet. Perfect location, close enough to the main parkway to quickly grab a bite to eat, but far enough to feel remote and not on top of anyone. We saw a bear both evenings while we were taking in the views from the hot tub and a friendly fox during the day. My son loved the indoor pool and spent a lot of time swimming and also playing games of shuffleboard and the arcade table. The cabin was extremely clean, well laid out and made the perfect spot for our fall break getaway.

Great location, gorgeous property! This cabin was truly the highlight of our stay. It was spacious and clean for our family of four (2 t(w)eens). The kids loved the pool and we all loved the hot tub. I was fully expecting the cabin to be much smaller than the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised at how large it was. We took a wrong turn in the neighborhood one day and finally spotted two bears, so definitely explore. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

My family of 4 had an excellent stay here. 5 stars but writing some things I wished we would of known prior 1. The road getting to the cabin is a bit intense. Quick downhill but can’t see the road going downhill so a little scary—wouldn’t want to do at night. 2. We only had 6 towels—between the hot tub, pool, and showering we were constant out. 3. The washer and dryer are not full size—again no big deal 4. The pool does have a locked door with a code required to get in which gave me relief with my boys. 5. Cooking equipment was limited but doable. 6. We had the same bear visitor right in the backyard every night which was super fun. Again amazing stay! Cabin was super clean and as described

Very clean, looks brand new! Indoor pool, hot tub, very comfortable beds, 2 bedrooms- one on each floor. Both bedrooms have full baths. The kitchen has serviceable cookware, microwave and coffeemaker. The upper deck is the whole front of the house complete with 2 full seating areas and a 2 seating set, and the bottom deck has the hot tub and seating as well. And you WILL see bear while staying there. We saw 6 different ones! You will not be disappointed

We absolutely loved this cabin! We were greeted the first night by a momma bear and her four cubs. The views are spectacular. The location felt extremely private. Everything felt new and clean. It was refreshing to come back to our “home” after hiking all day. The road getting there had mixed reviews, I thought the four way intersection was scary. My husband and his Jeep loved the road. Our only complaint was the lack of being able to see the front porch without opening the door after being visited by the bear family, the grill location being that it is charcoal and the ten digit code wasn’t anything significant to us…which would have been helpful when we realized the bear family was at our porch.

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and it did not disappoint. This cabin was one of our favorite parts! Everything was so clean and nice. Communication with Bear Tract rentals was outstanding. I had a question about the area of the mountain the cabin is located in and they gladly filled me in on the history of it. No problems with the hot tub, the kiddos loved it and the pool. Beds were comfortable. Huge kitchen table to put together puzzles while looking out on the Mountain View. Went on a hike up to the top of the mountain and also down the roaring fork stream at the bottom, what a work out. Spotted 3 bear, 1 that came very close to cabin and sniffed around eating plants. Will definitely come back!!

There was a momma and her 3 cubs that were staying in the neighborhood. We watched from our balconies.Property and home are just as described. Absolutely beautiful. The drive TO the cabin is on a very steep road in some spots. The website states that check in is at 4pm. I encourage you to call the establishment before just going to the house. We entered the home at 4:18pm after being told we could enter at 4. The home was not ready for us. At all. I spoke with a representative and they did get it handled. But, we had to sit in the driveway for an additional 2 hours. Just call ahead first. Again, they did make it right though.Much quieter during the week sitting out on the back deck. Once the weekend arrived, you could hear the music and neighbors outside. It is very close to town. If you are looking for a great steakhouse, try The Alamo Steakhouse.
