Bear Paw Bridge is our personal family owned vacation retreat — a home we've poured care into and love sharing with guests like you. To keep it that way, all bookings require a signed renter agreement within 24 hours of booking, sent via link, to confirm your reservation. A minimum age 25 to book, driver's license copy, matching profile photo and name, full guest list details, and a $200 security deposit hold are required. Guests must meet all of our stated booking and house requirements, and refunds will not be provided for broken house rules or bookings that do not meet these requirements. For same-day last-minute bookings, 4pm check-in cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the cabin's readiness, though we'll always do our best to get guests in as soon as possible.
We keep the cabin in great shape and items may occasionally be refreshed or updated between stays. We maintain everything to the highest standard, but like any home, occasional and unpredictable issues can arise with appliances, utilities, or systems, and we can't offer refunds for circumstances outside our control. Bear Paw Bridge is located in a wooded natural setting with wildlife, so seasonal bugs, spiders, webbing, and some dust in areas of the cabin may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance. If anything ever comes up during your stay, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right. For the safety of our guests and our home, a security camera with audio/video capabilities is installed on the exterior near the driveway and front porch of the property.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Tge cabin was perfect and it really was easy getting to all the places around! It is super secluded which was perfect for out little get away! Definitely would stay here again!
My wife and myself stayed here this past weekend and it was an amazing cabin! Very clean, very well maintained and the communication with the host was excellent!! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
We wanted to stay somehwere that was peaceful and quiet and that is exactly what this cabin provided! The location was good- not too far away from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The gas firepit on the front porch helped during the chilly days and nights!
We wanted a place secluded enough for relaxing away from the crowds, but close enough to fun activities. This cabin was perfect! We spent time relaxing in the hot tub after hiking all over. Made our 20th anniversary so special.
The cabin is as amazing! Perfect location in relation to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Very quiet area with lots of wildlife. We had a Mother bear and her two cubs pay us a visit. Looking for food of course 😂. Amazing trip and would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a perfect trip.
Fun cabin out in the woods. The neighboring cabins are spread out, you have good privacy. We did not see any bears but did see allot of turkeys. Place offers good internet considering the location. Gatlinburg is around the corner, as well as great places to eat. Communication with the owner/management is great.
This was the best vacation. Everything was sooo clean. Secluded which is a huge plus. Any Questions or concerns Neil was sooo kind and on it. He made sure our stay was great . The hot Tub was great. We had good privacy. Loved the fireplaces in each bed room. There are plenty of kitchen supplies Now this place is my new get away. I will definitely return every year. I felt like I was home. Thanks Neil we will be back.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bear Paw Bridge Cabin in Gatlinburg, and it truly delivered a calm and serene retreat. The cabin's location offers wonderful seclusion, making it a peaceful getaway, though it is quite a distance from Gatlinburg itself. If you're looking to disconnect and enjoy nature, this is a great spot.
The cabin comfortably accommodates parking for two cars, which is a nice convenience. All listed amenities were as expected, making our stay quite comfortable.
One area where we felt there could be improvement was in the exterior cleanliness. There were noticeable spider webs and leaves stuck outside the glass, which hadn’t been cleaned recently. While it didn’t detract from our overall experience, a bit more attention to this would make the cabin even more inviting.
That said, the owner was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout our stay, even while traveling abroad. We truly appreciated the prompt and helpful communication, which made our stay smooth and worry-free.
Overall, Bear Paw Bridge Cabin is a fantastic escape for those looking for tranquility in the mountains, and with a bit more attention to exterior upkeep, it would be even better!

Was very clean and comfortatible. Had a great time and will be returning for our next stay in Gatlenburg.
We spent 4 nights here and everything was amazing. The cabin is very private yet close to everything in the area. Neil was very nice and welcoming! Cabin was very clean and bug free! Highly recommend! Frank & Lori
Neil was great, allowed us to easily change our booking dates, quick to response, and seems like a genuinely nice guy! We enjoyed our stay, the drive up the mountain was a bit more than we had anticipated and with some rain we actually had spinning tires getting up to the cabin at some points. Otherwise, middle of nowhere, silence and minimal traffic! It was a peaceful stay and I dont believe we had any issues while we were there. Even had a mama bear and her cubs up on the porch at one point! Neat experience and I see they have some other properties I would likely want to check out next time!
The cabin was so cozy and beautiful!! We enjoyed the hot tub (wish it was a bit warmer). Everything was very clean and easy accessible. Would highly recommend. My husband and I came for our one year anniversary and it was amazing!
A beautiful property with excellent management. We loved sitting on the porch at night and soaking in the hot tub after hiking all day. Management checked in via text several times and was immediately responsive to a question we had.
