Great place!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 3. Gorgeous views, big comfy beds, great location, and a fun game room. Host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing time in a beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the cabin was beautiful and clean, and I loved the communication beforehand along w the mobile app. We would definitely come back! Already talking about how we need to visit in the fall next!

Perfect getaway cabin

Loved this place. Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this space. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids had their own floor with games, their own bathroom and TV’s and their own balcony with chairs and the hot tub, which we all enjoyed. My husband and I slept well in the comfortable bed, had everything we needed nearby and a great view. We played in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge etc… which was all nearby and enjoyed the proximity to the Pancake House. Also try Jed’s to eat in downtown Gatlinburg. Delicious!

The cabin was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. There were activities to do inside on rainy days like play pool, air hockey, and arcade machines.

Breath Taking!

It was great! The cabin was just perfect (hot tub, nice kitchen, plenty of space, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, etc). Can't wait to go back! :)

Great Location

Nice location, centrally located and mountain views. Layout was good and kids enjoyed game room. All needed supplies/equipment were available and a/c worked well. Cleanliness could use some improving: high dust, shower curtain liners moldy, light in laundry room out, window blinds slats askew, front and back porches with lots of cob webs, and grill on back porch filthy, had to clean extensively before using as it was a fire hazard.

Bears are in the area as we seen them almost nightly walking down the road, keep your vehicle locked and no food in them cause they are curious bears and like to check out the vehicles we had paw prints on our truck from them looking in the windows and trying to open doors. We loved cabin and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Cabin

This cabin met all our needs as a family. We were looking for a getaway that wasn't too far away from town, but not directly in the main tourist areas. This location was easily accessible from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a very well-maintained cabin with all the amenities we had hoped to have. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of beds and spaces for all family members. Children enjoyed the games, and all of us liked the hot tub. We would return to this cabin again!

Wonderful Property and Great for Families

My family (wife and three kids ages 25, 15, and 14) and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed hanging out so much. Was in town for basketball tournaments and the cabin was close to the Rocky Top Sports World Complex. Not something we get to do to much anymore since our daughter is 25. We had a sit down dinner at the big kitchen table and lost count of the number of golf, pool, and air hockey games. I enjoyed the time spent at the cabin more than I did in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. If we ever visit again would definitely rent again.

I’m so glad we picked SMOKY MOUNTAIN HIGH with Bear Tracts Rentals (through VRBO)—it was a very clean and comfortable cabin with AMAZING views! We wanted a cabin that was easy to get to incase of inclement weather so we wouldn’t have to worry about navigating treacherous roads. We would most definitely stay at a Bear Tracts rental again. Customer service was top notch and any questions were answered very quickly. They even let us check in one night early and the additional charge was comparable to our average booking rate.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our time here. On our last night we had a water leak issue, which stopped pretty quick on its own, but I did call maintenance and they were easy to deal with, even in middle of the night. Didn’t have a spatula for on grill. Making burgers was a challenge, but we made it thru with the grill tools offered. Comfy beds. Comfy furniture. Great view!

We got a lot of use out of the game room and hot was also a very easy drive to reach the cabin which is not the case with a lot of mountain properties. A few favorite activities during our trip was going to Activate( highly recommend), Gatlin's, and we drove up to Clingman's Dome. The views on the way up to Clingman's Dome were absolutely breathtaking! We can't wait to go back and stay in this cabin again.
