* Pet Policy: Dogs only - $150 non-refundable pet service fee. Only potty-trained dogs over 2 years old and under 35 lbs. Up to 2 dogs max. Must be well-trained and do not chew. Cannot be left in the cabin alone unless crated. If we find that you have failed to adhere to the policy (exceed max number of dogs, weight of dogs, etc) we will reserve the right to assess a minimum fine of $300.

* Age Policy: Must be over 25 years old to book. Must have supervision of adult over 25 years old at all times.

*Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
