This peaceful retreat is set just 3 miles from the center of downtown Gatlinburg, giving you easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and shops—all while offering a quiet escape surrounded by nature. The location is flat and paved, making it ideal for guests who want mountain charm without navigating winding back roads. You're also minutes from several Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrances for endless outdoor exploration.

    Getting Around:

You’ll find paved roads all the way to the cabin with a flat, easy driveway and two parking spaces. The location is ideal for quick trips into Gatlinburg or scenic drives through the national park. While any vehicle can typically access the cabin without issue, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle if you’re visiting in winter or plan to explore higher elevations and remote areas of the Smokies.

    • 4x4 recommended for winter or mountain travel

    • Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar)

    • Guests agree to communicate via website messenger, even if initial contact is made through another method

    • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

    • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

    • Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

    • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
