Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our time in the house. It was beautiful. Plenty of TVs , a pool table and video games - all were awesome. The location was perfect. Right up the hill from the main strip and all the shops and restaurants.this was the perfect house.

Great house! If you look from down town you can spot it. Well equipped, so happy to see a keurig AND a coffee pot. Super clean, a great place for a long weekend - highly recommend!

The cabin was very nice and up to date with all of the amenities. Loved the location close to the strip although better be sure you have a car that can get up the steep hills!! James was an excellent host and kept in touch with us throughout our stay.

Perfect location!

Not only is this a perfect location just off the Main Street and entrance to park but it was extremely clean! James was a great host and communicator on the area. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property

This is the ideal home for a Gatlinburg stay. Whether you are headed into the park or downtown, it’s a perfect location. The view of Gatlinburg is so beautiful at night. We could get into the park with no traffic. The house itself was amazing for hanging out with our family. James went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience.

In Living Color was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The location was awesome - close to the strip but far enough away to not feel like you were in town. Beautiful home in a great location

This is a gorgeous, clean cabin-style house in the perfect location. Easily walk into Gatlinburg or drive right into Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Also a quick drive to Dollywood. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of space to hang out — outside deck, game room and great room. Thanks for a great stay!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at this cabin. It had everything we needed and then some. It is beautifully decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the pool table and game table to pass time. It had great views of downtown Gatlinburg from the deck and the fire table made it the perfect way to spend the evening. We will definitely be staying again.

First Smoky Mtn. / Gatlinburg vacation

The property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Smoky Mtn. National Park and access to Gatlinburg strip. We enjoyed the mtn views and occasional wildlife visitors. The house was as described, extremely clean and offered everything needed for our family vacation stay. The owner was great to work with and we would look to using the property again in the future.
