The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!

Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (2 king & 2 queen beds) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device.

Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few.

Perfect stay

We stayed four nights with our 9 year old and 14 year old. The home was perfect for our needs. All amenities were considered and the beds were super comfy. It’s a short and lovely walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all activities in the area. Highly recommend!!

Great place and vacation!

We've stayed in multiple cabins/locations over the years and this condo was one of the best for us. We liked the proximity to the strip, cleanliness and ease of everything. The kids loved the loft with the big bunk beds. Overall great experience and stay.

Spacious and convenient walk to Parkway

Spent the day at Anakeesta and this place was a convenient walk from the entrance. We had a 1 and 3 year old and it was close enough to leave Anakeesta to take them back for a nap in the middle of the day and still make it back out. Clean and has everything you need. Would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for getting everywhere around Gatlinburg quickly. My daughter and I stayed here for our annual girls Christmas trip. We both enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

Condo was perfect for the 4 in my group. Couldve had a couple more people comfortably. Beds were comfortable and clean. No hiccups. Easy parking at your condo. Easy parking downtown if you dont want to walk. Definitely perfect walk for warm months. Short drive to Rocky Top for youth sports. Would stay again

Very clean, Beautifully decorative design throughout. Beds were very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of the town activities. Owner of property was kind and attentive to our need. Got our daily work-out with the stairs. Overall very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

Great choice!

Spent a few days here with family for an early summer vacation to Tennessee. Great location with a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Helps to save on $20 per day parking. Accommodations were clean, quiet and more than adequate. If you want to see black bears, be sure to drive out and visit Cades Cove while in town. It was a highlight of our trip!

Property was close to GSM entrance and close to downtown Gatlinburg while being in a nice quiet side street. Saw bears every day roaming the park or near the house. Property owner communication was great. Place as expected.

Christmas

We stayed for christmas, 5 kids in tow. Everyone loved it here. Nice condo, plenty of space for everyone and walking into town wasnt bad until the hike back uphill 😉. Cooked our meals so saved us money to see more and do things. Would stay here again.

Cozy Condo

This cute and cozy condo was perfect for our needs. We had a group of girls here no for a bachelorette and all enjoyed every minute of staying at this condo. It was far enough from the main parkway that we could have our quiet mornings and evenings in the condo. But we enjoyed the 10 minute walk to do all things Gatlinburg. This condo met all of our needs, and host was accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Close to downtown

Cute three level townhome. A bedroom on each level. The loft area does not have a door but double bunk is tucked away in a corner. Having three full baths is great. Unit is about a 10 minute walk into town which is great as traffic is bad in downtown Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed it.

FABULOUS condo walking distance to town!!

Condo was everything we expected and more. 3 floors each with their own bed and bathroom. Clean and comfy beds. Loved the decks with sitting areas. Not totally screened in, so there were MANY lady bugs. Charles was quick to respond. Walkable to town, so you save on parking. We were even welcomed by a family of bears. Wonderful Location!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean, and spacious! We had 5 adults and two children (ages 2 and 5). We all had plenty of room! The beds were all very comfortable, easy access to Disney, Netflix on the tv. The kitchen was great will all the amenities you would need. Our favorite part was the location!! Easy, walking distance to downtown, the Aquarium and Anakeesta! Mr Charles, the owner is also so easy to get in contact with. He worked with us and answered any questions we had! We will definitely be back! :)
