This is a spectacular 2 bedroom condo recently remodeled. The condo rests high on the mountain ridge overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The panoramic views are unbelievable!!
The condo is conveniently located only 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a short 12-15 minute drive (all paved roads). Lazy Bear provides the best of both worlds for those wanting to see the local attractions of downtown and those who want the true Smoky Mountain experience of a beautiful mountain setting!
If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with all the activities nearby, then this is for you!! Kids won't have to go anywhere with the indoor pool and Game Pavillion. The Pavillion has a ping pong table, corn hole and plenty of room outside to play.

Have stayed in a lot of places. By far this is the absolute best place we have e er syayed. Beautiful views, seen 8 black bear up and down the road. Even had one outside condo door Friday night.

AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW

My family loved our stay! We spent a lot of time out and about but we really enjoyed the view from the balcony when we were at the condo. The condo was cute & clean and perfect for our family of four. The drive up was curvy, but not bad. Hosts were great, left us bottled water in the fridge since there was a boil water advisory, much appreciated! Would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

The property was just as described. Clean, comfy and cozy. The AC broke during my stay. The host was very responsive and gave us an upgrade for our inconveniences. We had an amazing weekend . The host will certainly be my go-to when returning.

Very nice stay - beautiful view!

Me, my husband, and our two sons enjoyed this lovely condo for a quick 2-nighter. The condo was very clean, cozy, decorated nicely, and had an amazing mountain view! Plenty of towel hooks, which is something small, but comes in handy while traveling with a family. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Our sons enjoyed the indoor pool the complex had to offer. The pool is smaller than what it seems online, however, it was clean and they enjoyed it. The condo complex is well-maintained. The drive is a bit steep to get there, but 4-wheel drive is not necessary. We made it perfectly fine in our Camry. Location is not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, and worth it for the peacefulness and views! We would definitely stay again. :)
