In Town with a Spectacular View - Walk to the Parkway!

Within walking distance to Gatlinburg's newest adventure park...Anakeesta!! Park at the Building parking area and enjoy the day without worrying about finding a parking spot in the busy downtown area.

Cozy, 1023 sq ft, 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (3 blocks) to the parkway and located one block from a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and forest on the other side. Hardwood floors, tile floors, vinyl floors, gas fireplace and mantle, granite countertops throughout, microwave. Building has an indoor heated pool and an elevator. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. With TVs in all the bedrooms, your family members will be able to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Enjoy movies and shows from our smart TV along with free high speed internet access for all your personal electronic devices. We have king size beds in two of the three bedrooms.

This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no animal and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa is available in addition but will not be as comfortable as the bed.

In-town, yet away from it all.: This condo is in an excellent location. It is a nice walk to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of Gatlinburg. But, it also borders the forest, so it has that peaceful feeling like you are out in the woods.
The building has an elevator. Please understand it is beyond our control if the elevator has mechanical difficulties from time to time. If you have someone traveling with you who has trouble walking up the stairs in case of power failure or elevator not working due to reasons beyond our control, consider signing up for travel insurance for a very nominal price through VRBO.

We had the best trip to Gatlinburg! The condo was cute and we liked that each room had a bathroom. The view was great and it's 1 minute from downtown Gatlinburg! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It was walking distance to down town. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of hiking. We even got to see a bear from our entrance balcony.

Condo is very adequate, rooms are small but beds are big and comfortable ,3 bedrooms and 3 baths make it nice for blended family's, kitchen is small but definitely has everything you need to prepare meals . wake to down town in 10 minutes .

Happy place

It’s our annual tradition to spend every new years together, so this condo allows us to be together and feel at home. It’s specious and in the perfect location for easy access to town, while also being far enough from the road to feel quiet and secluded. We even see bears outside of the building, which the kids love! Hope to create many more memories in this amazing condo, in the years to come

we had 3 couples that stayed here and it was great because we all had our own room with our own bathrooms. We could all share the living room and kitchen. Our family had a great time staying here. We could walk to town whenever and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg.

This place was amazing. We saw bears amlost everyday we were there from our condo balcony. It was definitely within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, which allowed us to enjoy the Parkway at various times of the day without having to seek out parking. The condo was clean and accommodated our family well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience Gatlingburg and all it has to offer.

Just what we needed

The place was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and household goods. 3 BR, 3 BA with privacy for all. Quiet location yet still within walking distance of The Villages shopping spot for those of us in good shape. The owner responded in a timely manner to inquiries. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect Get Away

Property was extremely clean, well stocked and location close to main strip in Gatlinburg. Even though it rained a lot, we felt so comfortable staying in. Lots of food delivery to choose from. I would definitely book again.
